"The car park was a little difficult to find but with guidance from reception staff we found it. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However there was a fridge right beside the bed that was omitting light at nighttime! Not the ideal place and odd that it had a light inside when closed. "Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "

"I booked the sea view room for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was incredible. The whole hotel is so so beautiful, chic and well designed.
The staff are amazing both front of house and spa.
We have left feeling very relaxed and will definitely look at staying in some of the other locations! "
