First I want to say this property was exceptionally clean and well kept. It also had a great working HVAC system which was particularly important as the heat index everyday we stayed was over 100 degrees. I always felt so refreshingly cool upon entering the house everyday. There are multiple beach accesses walking distance away from the house, and you can drive or walk a bit further to go to the beach club and use those amenities if you purchase the pass. The food is really good at the beach club restaurant. The little neighborhood we were in was very quiet and peaceful. It’s a cul-de-sac with other “treehouses”. Also, there are a ton of electrical outlets throughout the house so there was never an issue plugging in an electrical device anywhere in the house. Wifi connection was fantastic which was important for us as I live streamed a conference that was taking place on neighboring Kiawah Island, and my husband had to take care of a few work tasks from his lap top throughout the week as well. We also got great cell phone reception from the house which can get spotty on some parts of Seabrook. The area around the house is very natural and covered with trees. We saw a couple gators in the adjacent pond, these are common there, and on the day of check out a cute little baby garden snake came on the porch to see us off. That was really cool. So if you really enjoy nature, you will get that there, but still be in a comfortable luxurious little “treehouse” that has everything.
