Wonderful home… great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay however the listing explained there was a stair lift to help those with mobility challenges. The stairlift was there but was not operational. Initially the property manager was very responsive but then went quite with no additional help of feed back. Not having the lift created significant chalksnges for us to overcome.

Wonderful week on Seabrook Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Seabrook Island. The house was perfect for us (7 adults). The house was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch right on the lake which we used for every meal. Location of the house is great...walk to the lake house and tennis and easy bike ride to Bohicket marina and Fresh Fields, a little longer bike ride (or easy drive) to the beach, golf or Seabrook Club restaurants.

Great house and location

Just inside the gates of Seabrook, this home was just as advertised. Great screened porch, well appointed, lovely neighborhood for dog walks. Enjoyed a girls golf week. Would definitely stay again.

Great home!

Loved the home. It was very spacious for our family of 6. Loved the back screen in porch overlooking the lake. The kitchen was well appointed and the home was very clean for a dog friendly home. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was fixed within hours. I definitely recommend this home and location to other family

Great location, comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fairly stocked And the furnishings were comfortable. My only complaint is the outside spaces. The screened porch and front porch were filthy with spider webs and sand. My husband spent the time to clean both off himself. I understand that during Covid getting the inside sanitized is the most important thing so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The dead plants on the front porch baskets should be removed. We lived bring so close to the horses and Freshfields. All in all, we would stay here again!

This house is set up well for 2 families as there are 2 master suites. You have to drive to the beach but there is a neighborhood pool a very short walk away.

Fully equipped home with a great lay out

This home was perfect for our visit to Seabrook as it was very close to our in-law's home. The layout was great and the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The only negative I can come up with is that the wires and cords for the television in the family room were exposed and a mess, but it worked properly so at the end of the day that's not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this home if we were to return to Seabrook.
