  • Under new rental management! Professional pictures are on their way, but we are sharing these photos as an advance sneak peek into this lovely island getaway.

    This beach home, nestled off the fairway under the ancient oaks, is brand new to our inventory and we are super excited to share it. Super clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully decorated with modern and classic decor, guests adore this absolutely charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Seabrook Island home. With spectacular views of the 12th hole of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, guests love to grill on the back deck or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. The mid-island location is perfect for accessing all of Seabrook's amenities from tennis and golf to the acclaimed Beach Club and the Equestrian Center. Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, The Goatery at Kiawah River, and St. Johns Kayaks are all close by too.

    The home features hardwood floors throughout and a bright, light-filled floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Off the kitchen is the separate dining room with sunny bay windows and seating for six or more. The living room features cheery windows, a 55" HDTV for your entertainment, and a ceiling fan. Off the living room, you will find the finished sunroom with built-in bookcases, a ceiling fan, and panoramic windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. It is an ideal spot for an afternoon nap or to catch up on some reading. A door leading from the sunroom to the deck offers access to the large deck spanning the back of the home with its expansive golf course views.

    The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, a Smart TV, and a newly updated en-suite bath. The bathroom features a double quartz vanity, a tiled shower, a marble floor, and a hair dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has a plush queen bed with a newly updated en-suite bath. This bathroom features a quartz vanity, a tile floor, and a tiled shower. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has 4 twin beds with another new en-suite bath, making it perfect for families with small children or teenagers. This bathroom also has a quartz-topped vanity with a tile floor and a tub/shower combination.

    There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience as well. Please note that there is no guest access to the garage, but the large driveway makes parking, packing, and unpacking a breeze.

    • BEACH: 1.8 miles away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
    • CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
    • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is also included.
    • OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: Maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV golf carts are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 3-vehicle maximum limit.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome.
    • PET POLICY: No pets allowed at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
    • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000246.
    • ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

    • WASHER & DRYER: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the second-floor laundry room for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    • COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 3-pass limit.

    • CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

The information about the neighborhood pool is inaccurate. We chose that over other places for the children to have a neighborhood pool that did not exist. The master bath had a terrible odor and there were a couple of leaks from the air conditioning vents in the ceiling. The place was very clean and nice. It was spacious and suited our family well. Loved the upstairs with 4 twin beds. Also loved that it had 3 updated bathrooms. It was also at a great location.
