This was a perfect place to spend a week, the house is amazing and has everything you need. Perfect location, loved the beauty of the view in the evenings. Perfect way to end a day with a beautiful sunset.

Gorgeous views and super easy check-in process. They actually texted us to say it was ready and we could check-in early if we wanted. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed and it was a great little staycation!

Great spot

Beautiful marsh views and clean updated townhome. Definitely order your amenity card asap, the amenity office didn’t have our card ready until the following morning so we couldn’t access the pool or dining but fresh fields at the roundabout had many good options for food. 10/10 wouldbook again.

Beautiful condo with amazing view.

Such a comfortable property. My wife and I love to have getaways to Seabrook several times a year and this was our first visit to this condo. Beautifully decorated and the sunset from the back porch is nothing short of stunning. Will definitely be back.

As advertised enough space for two people . All the appliances were there to make your stay comfortable. Would stay there again . As other reviewers had indicated, this whole amenity card issue is a detriment.

Beautiful views, lovely condo, great location

We really enjoyed the property, especially the ability to watch the beautiful sunsets over the marsh and hear the dolphins splashing in it. As first time Seabrook visitors, the location was excellent and allowed us to have direct access to the Lake House for swimming (5 minute walk) and be within a short drive to multiple beach access points and the Island House and Ocean Club (each 10 minute drive). The property has four floors with some half-staircases, so it could be a bit tougher to watch small kids, but overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Marsh Views

The Shelter Cove villa has a beautiful view of the Marsh. I loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning hours reading, drinking coffee, and watching the tide as it came in or went out. Over our two week stay we saw the dolphins feeding in the marsh a few times. Once from the neighborhood pier where the dolphins were just a few yards away! We (Husband and I) found the villa spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has many great items for preparing meals. The breakfast/dining area was a good spot for us to work an hour or so a day. It was nice having the washer dryer so that we could pack light as well as wash the bedding/towels a couple of times over the two weeks. Seabrook was quite and peaceful as always. We rode bikes daily to the beach or Freshfields or just around the island. Because Shelter Cove is close to the Seabrook entrance, it was easy to stay mostly on the designated bike path. We would definitely stay at Shelter Cove Villa again!

twin bedroom we had to buy a fan it was hot! closet was full of junk and it could not be opened my daughter had no where to unpack for the week, drains in bathrooms slow; our king bed was to twins pushed together that was not fun.

Beautiful location, relaxing vacation

We Absolutely loved the location, looking over the marsh and sitting on the screened in porch frequently. The Villa was decorated really cute and had all the necessities we needed to cook some meals and just to relax and spend quality time together as a family. One suggestion would be to have the property managers inspect the Villa for anything that needed replacing or cleaning following the winter season. There were a couple of lights out and on the back screened in porch a couple of the cushions had mold spots on them ; also a lampshade was coming a part due to the wind and weather. But the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out. PS we really enjoyed the unique and beautiful pottery Items throughout the Villa! P.s.s. It would be an added bonus if the amenity cards were included in the rental fee.

Perfect stay!

The villa was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, and great views and sunsets. Communication was excellent with all the information needed. One very minor maintenance issue was taken care of within an hour of a phone call. Will definitely return!

Fantastic Sunset views

Overall a good vacation rental. Outdoor furniture really needed cleaned due to “Pollen Season”. The beds in guest room not comfortable at all. Note: master bedroom had two twin beds that were put together. The sunset views were phenomenal.

Great Stay Overall

We have stayed at this particular listing a few times, and you get a nice play to stay with an incredible view for a great price. The home was overall clean and cool upon arrival, but there was a sewer or mold/water odor in the downstairs master that may need to be looked at. The beds could also use an upgrade, but all in all we had a great stay.

Enjoyable Stay

This was the first time we stayed on Seabrook with a marsh view. Very peaceful with lots of wildlife to enjoy. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we like. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week

We had a fabulous week. The sunsets from the deck were amazing and the location was quiet and relaxing. We rented bikes for the week and biked the paths on the island to the amazing beaches that were perfect for unwinding. Communication with the owner was quick and we’re looking forward to another stay at this property in the near future.
