Great Villa!

We were very happy with the villa! The hosts communicated appropriately and the unit has been well maintained. The location is great, 10 min walk to beach and 1 mile bike to the pool. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Seabrook. The only minor inconvenience was the amount of dog hair. Yes it is a pet-friendly unit, but dog hair was everywhere. It would be great if they had their cleaning service vacuum couches and throw pillows between guests.

Perfect spot!

Had a great time! Home was very clean and has all item needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The deck in front, back, and loft were awesome way to start the morning with coffee and sunrise! Beach access literally at the end of the street! Would definitely come back ♡

Fantastic and Immaculate!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Not only was it well equipped and beautifully decorated, it was spotless…I mean beyond clean! With just a short walk to the beach and beautiful views from each of the three porches, our stay was everything we could have wished for. We have stayed in many places on Seabrook but this is definitely our favorite- will book again!

Great location but serious roach problem

The location of this villa is amazing. Very close to beach and Ocean Club. The pool two doors down is great as well. However, this villa has a significant roach problem that needs to be addressed and the kitchen had dirty dishes put away and dog food still in bowls from the previous renters when we arrived.

Wonderful Stay!

I never put much stock on anything that I read regarding a vacation rental. I now treat most of them like an ad for a used vehicle having been disappointed many times in the past. This is one exception. I can not think of one bad thing to say about this Villa. We found everything to be just as it is advertised. We have been to Seabrook many times and I would definitely stay here again. I consider this Villa to be one of the best values on the island.

Convenient location!

This property is close to boardwalk 3 and the community pool. We have stayed in Sealoft villas before and love the quiet friendly neighborhood! This villa had everything we needed in the kitchen and also access to their storage room with extra bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs and more. The outside patio overlooking yard/marsh area was wonderful! Outdoor shower is a must at the beach and this was a nice one. There is also a hose at the front of the villa with a great nozzle for cleaning off sand from beach equipment. My only complaint would be the upstairs loft area gets hot. There is a AC unit vented out the window but it just had a hard time cooling it down. Temp would be 80 upstairs. Great decks and a fun time had by all! Thanks!

Nice place

Clean and fairly comfy. A few updates to the master would be greatly appreciated. The owner left bikes to use, and that was really lovely. The community pool was so close and we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Experience

We loved our stay at Seabrook. The house was so cute and perfectly decorated, and the beach was only about a five minute walk. I loved waking up early to watch the sunrise, and seeing all the wildlife. The check in and check out process was easy. Everything was described and the house was spotless. We took advantage of the bikes, and the Lake House. The market was a short drive, and the Beach Club was a nice walk. My favorite things about the house were the three balconies with such nice views, and the comfy beds. We stayed in the sea turtle decorated room, and loved it. Charleston was about a 40 minute drive, so we enjoyed all the typical tourist activities. This was a gift to my parents for their 70th birthdays, and they could not have been happier (especially after having to wait a whole year when Covid forced us to reschedule.) This was our second time with Coastal Getaways, and I highly recommend staying at any of their properties. We hope to be back soon!

Close to beach

Short walk to the beach. Great quiet neighborhood. Very bike friendly. House was well appointed with the community pool 2 doors down, a couple of bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon and a grill ready for after beach snacks.

Great beach vacation home.

We’ve stayed on Seabrook Island many times and in the Sealoft neighborhood 4-5 times. This is the nicest Sealoft home we’ve stayed in. While all Sealoft villas have A/C that is uneven across rooms we were OK with the cooling. Lovely updated kitchen, comfy living room furniture and beds. We hope to return.

Fabulous location & needs some maintenance

Being within walking distance to the beach was a fabulous feature, we took advantage of this every day. Also loved being able to include our little dog on this month long vacation. The photos accurately show the property, however, some deep cleaning & minor repairs could go a long way in getting an excellent rating. We’d rent this cottage again.
