We've been staying at vacation rentals in Sea Ranch for over 30 years. This absolutely is one of the best. It is really clean (surprisingly, somewhat unusal in Sea Ranch rentals). Everything worked (hot tub, appliances, etc, also somewhat unusual). We like to cook, and this is really a chef's kitchen. The views across the meadow to the ocean are great. John, the owner, was immediately available by email for our few questions. We appreciated that he cares for and maintains this as his home and not just a vacation rental.

My husband & I had an incredible stay . We arrived the evening after our wedding.We could hear the ocean from laying in bed . The ocean view was a beautiful sight every day. The hot tub was prepared for us before our arrival. We absolutely loved every aspect of Sea Ranch Every day we awoke to God’s natural beauty every where we looked . We adored the little town of Gualala . My favorite part was how you can enjoy the ocean & forest at the same time.We will be back !!!!

This is such a beautiful house. We all slept soundly and comfortably in the cozy beds. The kitchen is top-notch. We cooked almost all our meals on the excellent stove. Loved kicking back in the chairs out back, spending memorable hours watching the whales, and oohing and aaahing over the vivid sunsets and the starry skies. A great place to visit, and hard to leave.

Our stay at the Bluffs was fantastic. The house is ideal, and well stocked with everything you would need. It is a perfect location for wildlife viewing! Foxy visited several times and on the last day we spotted a whale breaching. There is excellent access to the trails and the Sonoma County park to the north. We had dinner one night at the Sea Ranch lodge restaurant and the food was excellent. We drove up on Friday and stopped at the Stewart Point Store for a warm up pizza. The pizza is only available on Friday, but was perfect for our dinner.

A wonderful home

We had a fantastic Sea Ranch vacation and loved this home. A great kitchen, a million dollar view of the ocean, and interesting antiques. We hiked every day: the Bluff Trail to the Gualala regional park, the Salal trail down to the Bluff Trail, the Sag Pond and Monarch glen trail (parked at One-Eyed Jacks for the Monarch trail. Also visited the Gualala arts center in the redwoods. We would love to stay here again on a future trip.

Very comfortable

Great house, very well decorated. Equipped with all things to make the stay comfortable. The courtyard garden was beautifully in bloom. We saw a lot of wild life right around the house. We had a great stay!

Beautiful location, amazing home

We just got back from a trip to Sea Ranch. This was our third time staying up there, and our favorite rental! The home is stunning with views of the ocean from almost every angle. I have rented many vacation homes over the years, and this had the best kitchen ever! Clean, organized, and well stocked with all of the equipment you need! I even baked a birthday cake. Just a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back again. Thank you!

Great home with a great view

We had such a peaceful and wonderful time at this beautiful home. The views are spectacular and you can hear the sea from the deck. The hot tub was nice and hot and also has a view of the sea with the gate open. The home is decorated with class and style. The walking path along the coast is easily accessible and we went for beautiful walks every day. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful, peaceful stay at The Bluffs at Sea Ranch

We loved our stay at this home in Sea Ranch. It was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, stylish and well-furnished with everything we needed. The location was perfect, tucked away near the northern end of the Bluff Trail, offering both privacy and the stunning coastal scenery. The house and area are incredibly quiet, making it an ideal spot to unwind. We also enjoyed the hot tub and garden. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would definitely return!

Best we've stayed in at Sea Ranch

We've stayed at Sea Ranch on and off for 20 years, and when you put it all together, this property tops all the others.It's beautifully designed, fully equipped, and has furnishings more akin to a high-end resort than a beach rental. The attention to detail is impeccable.You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from multiple windows and seating areas throughout the home. You're steps from the Bluff Trail.You're about as close to Gualala as you can get, for quick grocery trips and dining options.

Beautiful home in beautiful Sea Ranch

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, having passed through Sea Ranch on a previous trip to the area and wanting to return back. The aesthetics and vibe of the community are very much our style, and we loved seeing all kinds of wildlife from the back porch and from the huge windows upstairs. We picked up groceries early on from one of the nearby grocery stores and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped for cooking meals there, which we did. I would recommend being judicious about timing and length of showers so as to not encounter any scarcity of hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the window bench in the master. It’s a good place to set up home base if you have some work to do, which I did, and had no issues with internet speed on my laptop. The hot tub was nice and hot, and overall I really enjoyed the privacy of the spaces inside and around the house (it’s nice having ample window treatments to be able to leave the blinds up during the day for wildlife spotting but have the option of closing up in the evening once it’s dark outside and the interior is lit). We would certainly return.

Loved It!

Perfect weather for our 3 day stay. Great location and views. Easy access to Sea Ranch bluff trails. Nice and quiet. And the house was extremely clean. Didn’t use the hot tub, but the water was crystal clear. Next time we will stay longer.
