• Ensuite Bathroom - Bedroom 2: Single vanity, shower/tub combo.

• RVs, trailers, and mobile homes are not allowed

• Home is near an unfenced coastal bluff—supervise children and use designated trails

• Working downstairs fireplace; upstairs wood stove is decorative only

• This is a multilevel home—stairs may be required to access the main entrance as well as some bedrooms.

• As of 4/4/26 - both fireplaces in the home are out of order. NO ETA of fix at this time. The home currently runs on solar heat.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
