Mixed feelings on this . It is a rental and not everyone respects or treat placesAs they would their own …Although rental management company does well with superficial cleaning and no question this would be an amazing place, it simply has not been well maintained . It’s time to replace old mattresses /worn or stained furniture, a fresh coat of paint ? …out of respect for your guests, just please Clean it up, it’s time . It’s a beautiful place.

House is old and in need of repairs, subfloor has soft spots where you sink into the floor. Air filter hasn't been changed in probably 10 year's, we purchased and changed, didnt want to breathe the dirt and mold. House is infested with ants!!!,cleaned ants up everyday. Bathrooms have safety issues, tubs ate very slippery and have no hand rails. Stairs going up to the TV area have duct tape holding the floor down, my step dsughter fell. Outllet under the desk, top outlet does not work, this can be a fire hazard. The deck has nails sticking out, rhis us a hazard. We love Sea Ranch and have rented homes over the years, this home i will not rent again, disappointing. I attached a photo of the air filter to show how dirty it was, and it was the wrong size.Tina Johnston

Quiet, comfortable house for four adults.Great view of sunset.Well stocked kitchen.Great new kitchen appliances.A few ants here and there but not a problem at all.Living room has shades. Sun at sunset can be bright and direct in kitchen and dining room around 6pm in October.Nice towels.Great hot tub.Short walk to bluff trail.For our EV, charging was great. The outlet is standard Level 2 for car chargers: 220v, 4 prong NEMA 14-50. It’s easy to access.

The rental was adequate. Kitchen equipment was decent. Bed linens were fine. Pretty good location. Like with most rentals we have stayed in, there is quite a bit of wear and tear. If you don’t want to worry about messing anything up, you would be fine here. We prefer a nicer place that is well cared for.

Perfect location, beautiful home

I’ve stayed at sea ranch many times and was impressed by all aspects of this home. It’s modern, has a great location close to the walk-on beach, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a gourmet meal. Five stars!

Great Location, Nice Dog Friendly House

Overall, very nice house in great location close to Walk On beach that allows dogs and has ability to charge e-vehicle. My 80 year old mother had some difficulty with the stairs but managed. House had everything we needed and a nice, big kitchen with great views. The living area is very comfortable and cozy for watching the sunset. Just a few issues that I will list here so they can be addressed by owner/property manager: ants everywhere especially in bedrooms and bathrooms. Seems like they are being treated as most ants were dead or dying. Burners on right side of gas stove cannot be adjusted to low levels. Kitchen sink faucet sprays all over, switch to adjust spray seems to malfunction inconsistently. Unable to adjust TV volume with remote.

Beautiful home

This is a very well stocked home that has recently been updated. Beautiful view from the living room. The deck needs to work. It had everything we needed. There were six adults and one child and we were very comfortable.

Comfortable and pet friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights along with our senior Dachshund. Home was comfortable but dated and a bit worn. Kitchen was well appointed, HULU available and lots of games and DVDs. Hot tub was hot and clean. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the Bluff trails. First night a fox cruised by the property, barn swallows were nesting in the covered porch outside of the dining room which was fun to watch. Excellent lounging area on the loft area with beautiful ocean and field views.

Great for family stay

Clean, well equipped and comfortable, we totally enjoyed staying here. We brought our own pack and play and portable high chair for our one year old, so the house worked for a baby. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck for star gazing. The ants are not really a problem -- they are being managed with ant traps throughout the house. The only caution I would give is that the dryer emits a very loud whine, so we ran it when we were out of the house. Perhaps it needs a new belt. Wonderful VRBO stay!

Paradise on the bluffs

Our family of five (and our dog) loved our stay in this gorgeous, comfortable seaside house. We went for long walks, played board games, cuddled up on the couches for movies, and read tons of books. The fireplace churned out a lot of heat and made the house feel cozy. We cooked all our own meals and I would say that if you like to do the same thing, you should bring your own knives. The house could use a couple more serving bowls/platters. But otherwise the kitchen is reasonably well appointed for a vacation rental. Loved that there was a basket of clean beach towels near the front door, which we used even in January because our fearless children insisted in running in the waves (in long pants) and getting a little wet and sandy. It helped to dry them all off outside so we would track only minimal sand into the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

OCEAN VIEW NIRVANA

This property was all that was described online and more. It lived up to our expectations and then some. The views from the family room were absolutely STUNNING!!! The stars at night were AMAZING!!! The peace and quiet was pure tranquility. The house itself was very homey and can definitely accommodate a big family. The house had all of the amenities through out...bedrooms, bathrooms, washroom, kitchen, decks, etc. The bluff trail is a short walk from the property and goes on for miles with access to walk on beach. The sound and smell of the ocean with the windows open at night was amazing. Did I mention that the views were absolutely stunning from the raised family room? The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous!!! This is a must stay here experience!!! At least once if not again and again!!!

Relaxation and Fun

My family enjoyed our getaway at this location very much. We loved the quietude and proximity to the beach, as well as the proximity to Gualala, which was helpful for last minute grocery items we needed to buy. The house was well stocked, and we loved the nature. There were sheep, deer, and we saw a lot of seals by the water as well! The house was also very spacious. I would definitely return again, and the management office was super helpful for any questions or issues we had!

Great house for sunsets and catching up with friends.

The house was perfect for a group of friends to relax in a serene natural setting. The house was clean and had everything needed for cooking meals. One of the burners on the gas stove does not light and the bedroom double doors in are tricky to close. Herb, the very helpful handyman, came right away to help us with the doors. Pull handles UP to lock the doors in both back bedrooms. Also, we called the cable company to resolve wifi connection and found that the network name listed in the house info is incorrect. Check in process is inconvenient because you have to stop first at the realty office to get your paperwork from their lockbox. All aside, we love the house and are returning in July.

Beautiful sunsets

Beautiful open home with lots of windows to see the wonderful sunsets. Clean comfortable home with well stocked kitchen. Great location near Walk on Beach. Will definitely stay here again.
