"Really enjoyed our time in Sea Ranch. It was a chilly, rainy weekend and we spent lots of time reading by the wood fireplace, reading on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen would benefit from a few more supplies - but ended up having everything we needed for the weekend."

"If you like the 70s then this may be the place. I do, so I enjoyed it. Some of the things are a little rundown but if the price is right then I recommend. Great view of the ocean. Hot tub situated under the trees. Kitchen a bit lacking in supplies but sufficient. Bedrooms nice, comfortable. There was no firewood supplied so pick some up on the way or in Gualala at the market. Watch out for ticks in the yard, they are abundant."

"What an amazing spot.. I couldn't believe that we could access such an incredible trail within footsteps of the house. Waterfalls, bluffs, magical bridges... Our kids were in love. More than enough space for all 4 of us, and a perfect sunset watching deck. Some of the amenities were lacking; specifically in the kitchen. No cooking oil, sugar, or pepper so be sure to come with some of your own staples if you plan to cook. Thank you!!!"

"The house is very comfortable and well set up. No ocean view, but a nice small private meadow right behind the house. You do have to drive to get to the beach and bluff trail. The main drawback for us was that the hot tub was right outside our bedroom window and seems to run some sort of long cycle during the night-- an hour the first night, 3 hours one of the other nights, at 55 decibels.
