"My family and I were in town for our niece’s wedding at Veritas winery. The house is situated on some nice acreage that is well kept, with a swingset and nice fire pit that is stocked with wood and surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The stars at night were amazing! The house is cute, has a lovely master suite that is clearly newer addition. There is a lovely basement rec area underneath. It is well decorated with a musical theme. "Excellent property, clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to neighborhood and downtown restaurants. Off-street parking worked well for our van. Listing was accurate except Wi-Fi wasn’t available. I’m sure the owners would have worked to fix that had we notified them - but we didn’t want to disrupt our down time in the home to accommodate that."

The children loved collecting eggs and feeding the chickens and goats each day and my daughters appreciated the beautiful fresh flowers arranged in all the rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked and the grounds are gorgeous. Cynthia and Bill were consummate hosts and treated everyone like family!"

"I came into town for the Tyler Childers concert and this was the perfect spot for me and my dog! Quiet, secluded, beautiful scenery — but close enough to town if you need anything. An easy drive to C’ville and surrounding areas. It didn’t disappoint!"
