"Booking and checking in/out was incredibly simple, and the property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communicating with host was very easy and she was lovely. We have stayed countless times at Seascape, but will definitely go this route again in the future as it is so much easier and we know we are getting just the right unit!"

"I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!"

The decor is perfect beach theme and is so tranquil and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and you can tell the owners take so much pride in their home away from home, because that’s truly what it is- their home. "We stay at Seascape often, always booking though VRBO. This was one of the most updated beautiful units we’ve stayed in. Very well appointed. Only a couple downfalls, the location of the unit requires having the windows open for cool air because the sun beats in midday, but overlooking the pool, it can get pretty loud throughout the day and night. Also carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than that, this was one of our favorites. Also, property management company is top notch. Easy to work...

"Our stay was nice. The place is lovely and spacious for the two of us. It has everything we needed as far as bathrooms stocked, bedroom & kitchen furnished. Livingroom had books to read and TV to watch. Although the place looks outdated and need some TLC it is still very quiet, peacdful and enjoyable. "I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer."
