"I had been looking for a place to stay with my family and I, that would be ok with a very small gathering. Many places could not accommodate. The owner of this beautiful home though, not only did accommodate, but was also very helpful and thoughtful to mine and my family's needs. He was also very quick to answer any messages I sent his way about questions that I had. His home was not only beautiful but perfect for the small family get together I had. I can't say enough good things about my stay!"

"We stayed for a week with our small dog and this place was wonderful. Our adult sons were very happy to find the extra bed in the alcove so they didn't have to share a room. The amenities were top notch, including very comfortable beds, an excellently stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, and even heated toilet seats. The owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this lovely home with it's modern upgrades."

"My daughter and her 4 year-old came from Indiana to visit for a week. The house is charming, immaculate and cozy. It is located literally steps from the nearby beach. My daughter-in-law and her two children could only join us for a day but the kids made the most of being so close to the beaches and near-by Capitola, where the quaint shops and friendly people reminded me of the days I took my children to body surf nearby. "This adorable house was the perfect jumping-off point to explore Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and our girls loved the little window seat for reading and games."

"What a wonderful place for a girls weekend! We have been friends for over 40 years. The property was spotless, very comfortable, beautiful view and easy walk to beach. Would love to come back again. The drip coffee pot was not working well. The keruig was perfect. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to make excellent meals. Joe was very responsive to questions."
