So so so beautiful. The property was incredible, truly stunning. The home was well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possible need/want, shower amenities, etc. Kristin was so kind and helpful, she gave clear directions to get to the house (limited cell service on the road), she was waiting for us upon our arrival and gave us a brief tour/rundown of the house. She even gave us suggestions of things to do in the area, local restaurants and shops, etc. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area!! We loved our stay!

Very comfortable and quiet stay at this lovely home. Very well stocked and had everything we needed, including toothbrushes that we somehow had forgotten to bring with us. Kristen brought over fresh eggs from her hens and they were delicious. We loved seeing the houses in the field.We were there for our son's wedding and the venue was only 5 minutes from the house. A perfect location!

Beautiful property and VERY clean house! The house is much larger that it looks in the photos and the cleanliness is next level, even for an older house. The master bedroom mattress was great but all the other beds in the house were a little uncomfortable but not an issue for us. The horses and ranch dog are magical! Kona, the dog, came to visit us every morning and we LOVED her. You can also roam around and pet the horses in a BEAUTIFUL old barn. Keep in mind, there are workers on the property (gardener/ranch hand etc.) as well as the owner, so you don't have 100% privacy. But this is to be expected since it's a working ranch. There is also a second "glamping" unit on the property so you might run into them as well, but not a huge issue since the property is so large. Also, there is no Netflix or streaming and the Wifi doesn't really work (very rural area) in case that is important to you. However, there is a DVD player and a lot of movies. The owner will give you a tour of the house and property when you get there and we loved her. She was fun and always helpful whenever we needed her. She even helped us build a fire one night, which was super helpful for us city folks haha. The hot tub is a small barrel but very clean and can fit 2 with a tight squeeze. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for cooking (we cooked every night) and even had corn holders for our bbq corn, literally has everything you could need! Including pans that aren't scratched. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The guest house was so pretty and spacious. The view out of the kitchen and back deck were so pretty. It was very quiet. It had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing stay. If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely book again.

Just the perfect place! We knew not to expect stellar internet/streaming. We weren’t there for that. Right?? Easy, super clean, comfy beds, nice amenities. Not too far from planned activities. It was just what we wanted and plan to return. Owner was personable and trusting. Lovely.

Best Stay Ever!

The owner met us at the door with specific instructions that were all helpful with an older home. It was clean, super cute and very very comfortable. We could have easily spent a week their with the location being ideal for the parks in the area.

Charming cottage

There is something special about this house. It is peaceful, cozy, and welcoming. We stayed 5 years ago and the kids never forgot it. All the details and added touches make this dreamy cottage a perfect place to let worries and stress melt away. Nearby Silver Falls is stunning

A great weekend away

We spent the weekend at Kristin's place on Crooked Finger Rd. It was a wonderful house with plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. We explored the town of Silverton, nearby, and hiked the Trail of Ten Falls in Silver Falls State Park - a beautiful hike! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, nice place to stay. And hope to come back again :)

A perfect getaway near enough and far enough

This was probably one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. From start to finish Kristin was a genuine, hospitable host. She welcomed us with wine, cheese and crackers and introduced us to the nuances of the property (this was pretty necessary). She lives on the property but we in no way felt managed or intruded upon. In fact, I felt quite comforted by her presence there, as well as the adorable critters (horses, chickens and Kona, an equally hospitable pup!). The home was amazing and had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was more than fully stocked. We were in town for a trail race at Silver Falls and it was quite comfortable to make the meals necessary in preparation. The entire place was just cozy and restful. Also, the hot tub! What a wonderful addition that was (and such a help to recovery!). We enjoyed exploring trails on the property, and basking in the beauty of nature there. Although it was an active weekend for us, we left feeling extremely refreshed. I was sad to leave. We are looking forward to future visits Kristin!

Amazing property.

This is a very well maintained and equipped house. Kristin, our wonderful host, was so kind. We were even greeted by cheese crackers wine and fruit. The house is gorgeous. Great Place to Relax and Refresh
