At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for."

"It served our purpose. Parking wasn't very close to the camper. There were ants inside. Some plastic utensils, which was fine if they would have had forks. Never could find a switch to turn the reading lights (?) on over the bed. Very nice welcome book and notes left regarding hot water and living room lights. "The host was very responsive to any questions I asked. The house was very nice with a good size fenced backyard for our pup.The kitchen was nice and there was a good sized dining table. The bed we used was comfortable. All rooms had black out type drapes for a good night's sleep. It did sit on a busy street, so you can hear the traffic in the living room area. Other than that we really enjoyed the home."
