    The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount
    is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
    Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid
    upon arrival to the local agent. The outdoor pool will be closed for
    the winter season from 1st November to 31st March, due to weather
    conditions.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
    arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

We were able to spend a few lovely days on holiday in Sicily. The villa is relatively convenient to shopping, restaurants, the beach and a starting point for city trips. The area is quite quiet and a certain distance from the main road.

We had an amazing nine days at the villa. It was as described. The weather meant that we did not go out much and stayed by and in the pool. Very relaxing. Most evenings we headed to Donalucata, eating in a number of excellent restaurants along the sea front.

Sicily 2022

We had a wonderful 9 days in the villa. It was all we had expected. The weather was such that we did not venture far from the peaceful garden and cooling pool. The agent, Franco, was amazing and so supportive. This was especially evident in his support when my wife had an accident which necessitated an overnight in Modica hospital. Thank you Franco. We will always remember your kindness and help.

Voller Schimmel das schlimmste was wir je erlebt haben

Wir haben mit diesem Objekt das schlimmste bekommen was wir je erlebt haben. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bildern Bewertungen und den gehobenen Preis täuschen. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Italien und seit 3 Jahren immer gehobene Objekte mit Pool. Aber dieses Haus ist gesundheitsgefährdend. Der Check in war lieblos und wenig hilfreich. Der Keyholder wusste kaum etwas. Der Boden aus Laminat war an sehr vielen Stellen offen wo Ameisen rauskamen und wenn man Barfuß laufen würde sich bestimmt verletzen könnte. Aber das schlimmste darunter kam schimmelgeruch raus. Das haben wir aber erst herausbekommen nachdem wir die Raumerfrischer überall entfernt hatten. Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt die Möbel setzen auch schon Schimmel an und auch ein wenig das Badezimmer was aber noch ging. Nach 1 Stunde riefen wir die Agentur an das wir in den Haus nicht bleiben können und sofort ausziehen wollen. Nach 3 Stunden und zich telefonaten kam der Keyholder (Verwalter) mit einen anderen Kollegen. Die waren schlecht gelaunt und konnten nicht verstehen wo das Problem ist, sie würden nichts sehen und richen. Der eine meinte auf Italienisch dann sollen die doch die Koffern packen und verschwinden gute Reise interessiert mich nicht.(was die meinten wir verstehen es nicht). Die Agentur konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen wollte es denke ich auch nicht. Obwohl ich dort Fotos hingesendet haben. Da angeblich andere Häuser nicht verfügbar wären und die die Reklamation nicht anerkennen. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Koffer gepackt und haben uns anderweitig ein Apartment besorgen müssen. Wir haben Fewo-direkt angerufen die meinten wir müssen der Agentur die Möglichkeit geben das auszubessern? Ich fragte wie denn das gehen soll? So lange warten bis alles renoviert ist? Soll ich den Boden aufreißen um Fotos von den Schimmel zu machen? Ende vom ganzen ist wir haben 2800€ für eine Woche bezahlt. Die Agentur will uns das Geld nicht zurückzahlen und Fewo-direkt auch nicht. Ich hab jetzt einen Anwalt eingeschaltet. Absolute Frechheit keine Ahnung wie je jemand das Haus positiv bewerten konnte. Buchen sie bloß etwas anderes! Absolute Abzocke!!! Ich kann hier leider keine Bilder hochladen.

Villino Malva A lovely clean villa within a large secluded garden and a well maintained lawn and pool and a perfect location for visiting the film locations of Inspector Montalbano in nearby Scicli, Punta Secca, Ragusa, Modica, Donnalucata and Sampieri. Lovely Baroque architecture in many towns which are particularly stunning when floodlit at night. Further afield, Syracuse is definitely well worth a visit. We were extremely well looked after by Franco, (who met us at the villa on our arrival), and Alessandro. Our requests were met with a high level of efficiency and speed – even on a Sunday evening!! The description of the villa is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Sicily generally. With still so much to see, we look forward to returning one day. Paul

An Oasis of Tranquility. Compact and bijoux. everything we needed for a relaxing 2 week holiday. the pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. the garden was well maintained with a sprinkler system for keeping it looking so lush and green. Communication with management was easy through WhatsApp. The local large supermarket stocked all we needed and was only a short drive away and there is a fish market in Donnalucata a short drive in the opposite direction. local beaches are easily accessible by car or bicycle. We enjoyed trips to Scicli, Syracuse/ Ortigia including the Archeological zone, the Villa Romana del Casale near Piazza Armerina, Cartagirone for ceramics and a full day trip up Mount Etna - well worth the drive. We also hired bicycles however, for us the cycling was a little treacherous! All in all a great little place. Joanna

Villino Malva House is despite its small size, very suitable and spacious enough for 4 people. Already when you enter the site you will be struck by the cozy feeling. The site is large and well maintained and has a good-looking swimming pool. Here we could do enough about the sun on the terrace around the pool. The privacy is guaranteed because of the grounds surrounded by greenery. The house itself is well maintained, and we have always been well served by the cleaning team and where necessary we were allowed to use the caretakers service. Our presence on the beach was an experience by itself where we were able to enjoy our own location, the many meals and local drinks, in addition to the wonderful warm water.

It was love at first sight when we arrived at the villa located on a big piece of land. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the grassland. For us as grandparents, walking to the different locations was a pleasure as we had a beautiful view of the neighborhood. To us our vacation was more to spend quality time with our grandchildren who we dont see very often. We thank the owners who checked on us from time to time. The beach itself was marvelous.

My husband and I were looking for a romatic getaway, where we could experience fine wine and dining as well as romantic sceneries.We hope our experience will serve as a testimonial for couples planning to back a spark in their relationship. The food and wine were to die for and the beaches with their magnificent sunsets took our breath away, not to mention my husband being able to go golfing; one of his favorite, past times. Our search for a villa holiday landed us with a small but most quaint villa that fed our easthetic as well as homey senses. The mere fact that we were able to stay in a villa where we able to do our own household chores to our own leisure; taking into consideration cooking our own meals with produce bought form the supermarket located in close proximity to the villa. The private tended gardens with large lawn. Surrounding the pool was one of the most calming sights to meet sore eyes. The activities matched our interests with visits to the beach, having a go at local cuisine and visits to the tourist port.

A nice small villa but simply furnished and still convenient for a family of 4. A large pool which we enjoyed the most. Specious garden that we used for outdoor games. Enough possibilities in Italy for those who have an adventurous nature.
