"Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min....

"Das Ferienhaus ist nahe eines privaten schönen Strand gelegen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und über eine private Straße zu erreichen. Somit sind auch traumhafte Nächte mit unzähligen Sternen am Himmel zu beobachten. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angargiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

"We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. Our wedding was 20 guests and there was ample space for everyone to stay. The wedding vendors couldn’t believe the space and how perfect it was for a wedding. We had our ceremony...
