The house is designed for living both indoors and outdoors, following the light, the air, and the sound of the sea. The spaces are separated naturally: a more intimate area for rest and an open, convivial part that overlooks the courtyard and accompanies everyday life.
Here, the days pass simply: you walk barefoot, come back in for a break, and go out again without thinking about it. The house does not impose schedules or routes, but invites you to live everything naturally, without filters.

ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW
• MOSQUITOES AND ANTS (WARM SEASONS): As in all seaside areas, mosquitoes and ants may be present during the summer months. We recommend that you take care not to leave food outdoors. Repellents are available to ensure greater comfort during your stay.
• ANIMALS ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES: The neighboring property is home to dogs owned by the lady next door. The animals are always fenced in and completely separated from your living area. You may also see stray cats in the courtyard: we kindly ask you not to feed them, to prevent them from staying in the area permanently.
• TRANSPARENCY NOTE – KITCHEN: The kitchen sink does not provide hot water. The rest of the accommodation is supplied as normal.
• BEACH AND NEIGHBORHOOD IN HIGH SEASON: During the peak summer months, the beach and surrounding homes may be busier. Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, set in a neat and quiet residential area.

🛏️ BED AND GUEST ARRANGEMENTS
The house is primarily designed for use of the double bed in the sleeping area, ideal for couples.
Are you traveling with small children? Please write to us before booking: we will evaluate the most suitable solution together. • 1 child under 10 years old: allowed on request, with a supplement of €30 per night, using the sofa bed in the living room; • Infants: allowed free of charge, cot available on request.
Are there two of you but you prefer to sleep in separate beds? The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers this possibility: • Separate beds for 2 people: available on request, with a supplement of €60.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the living area does not have a dedicated bathroom; the bathroom is located in the main sleeping area.

🅿️ PRIVATE PARKING
Access requires a minimum of driving skill, as the passage is not very wide and some maneuvering may be necessary. Once inside, the space is comfortable and safe for parking with peace of mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE: access through the gate may not be possible for large vehicles or vans. In these cases, we recommend using the free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, near the beach kiosks.

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY): After booking, you will receive: • the Tourist Rental Contract to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental contracts (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017). • the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the police authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).
🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY): Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be complied with according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in. 🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house for any reason. 🕗 Every evening, you must place the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated calendar.
🚭 SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including electronic cigarettes). Smoke detectors are present and will trigger the alarm. ✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor areas.
🚫 TOILET – ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED: Do not throw paper, wipes, sanitary pads, or other items into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage). In case of blockages/damage caused by misuse, you will be billed for the plumber's fee.
💧 WATER CONSUMPTION: We invite you to use water wisely, avoiding waste and limiting unnecessary consumption.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during the summer months. In addition, the house is served by a cesspool, which can fill up quickly in case of excessive use.
