Step into a fresh, cozy space filled with natural light. The clever layout features three bedrooms, a comfortable dining room, and a kitchen where you can sit together to drink wine and play board games.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Each room has two single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed upon request.

Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the NESPRESSO machine in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, a refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals.

The main bathroom invites you to relax with a shower, helping you get ready for the next day or unwind in the evening.

For your comfort and safety, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, and a fire extinguisher.

There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building for unloading, and a parking garage is just a two-minute walk away.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Make yourself at home!

We won’t be there in person, but we’re always available by phone.

We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You’ll also receive a welcome package with coffee and tea, as well as a few other small items.
House Rules
Making a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests may not make reservations within their place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes.
8. Noise-level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. It is prohibited to provide services within the apartment. This includes services related to prostitution or similar activities. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without entitlement to a refund for the remaining nights.
11. It is prohibited to allow unregistered visitors into the apartment.
COVID-19 ADDENDUMS
12. Guests are required to wear a face covering in public areas (hallways, stairwells) and entry areas. In these areas, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other people must be maintained.
13. Guests are not permitted to remain in or enter the apartments or buildings if they have had contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they exhibit symptoms of a respiratory illness or fever. If symptoms develop during their stay, guests must immediately contact our customer service by phone.
14. Apartments may only be occupied by guests who are not subject to official contact restrictions.
