Room was clean and nice. Front desk lady was courteous and super nice!!! She was so helpful after my sister forgot her phone in room and we had to drive 15 miles back. She went out of her way to call me about phone.

No courtesy at all, our crew was mistakenly booked for the next wk, but showed up the hotel didn't even try to work with them until they got me on the phone and I had to book a room, before I could try to get the error corrected. Beds had bedbugs, had to sleep in the truck, wound up coming home 2 ...
