Please note that while the home is lakefront, the walk from the house to the beach is long and fairly steep. Guests with mobility concerns should keep this in mind. For added convenience, we recommend an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle, which makes accessing the beach area much easier. The elevated setting is what provides the home's beautiful views of Schroon Lake, making the walk well worth it.
