A kitchen kit (dish soap, dishcloths, dish towel, dishwasher tabs, paper towels) and toilet paper rolls are provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available; if you encounter any issues, please contact us—sometimes the network gets overloaded, in which case we’ll need to make some adjustments.
Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house, but there are areas on the balcony where smoking is allowed.

A small selection of basic cooking supplies is provided and is regularly checked, replaced, or restocked.
These include.... oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, tea, malt coffee, cappuccino, cocoa, a few spices (more available to borrow upon request), vinegar, and paper filters.

Overall, the kitchen is very well-equipped with everything a typical household has. There’s plenty of dishware, so you can even host a small gathering. Please let us know in advance, and it won’t be a problem—the apartment and property have the space for it.

There is 1 bedroom. It contains 2 double beds; the second one is 140 cm wide and is often used by children. 2 safety guards are provided.

Additionally, there is 1 travel crib and 2 extra beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. I think there’s enough space to set up the extra beds in the living room or kitchen. Overall, I’d comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children. With more than that, it will likely feel too crowded for some if you’re staying with us for more than 2 nights. It’s a different story if you’re just staying overnight.

In the living room, there’s a large game cabinet with board games for children and adults. There’s Lego Duplo, a Brio train set, “Tut Tut” baby cars, an art table with paper and crayons, and various small toys. In the yard/garden, there are Bobby cars, tricycles, and other ride-on toys. A large sandbox with a water connection and toys ensures plenty of fun playing in the mud. There’s a nest swing as well as regular swings. There’s a seating area right next to the play area, and a Hollywood swing is available. Cushions are in the playhouse. Feel free to use everything—just help yourself. If rain is forecast, please bring everything back inside. The property extends to the trampoline and soccer field. If you’d like to use the pool, please let us know. Water depth ranges from 1 to 1.20 m (approx.

). If needed, a baby wading pool can also be filled.

On the patio behind the house, there are 2 tables with seating for about 8 people, where you can barbecue. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do so. Charcoal and lighter fluid are available for 2 euros. There is also a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and a mini-pool table there.

In the adjacent fitness center in the basement, exercise equipment is available for free use, and there is also a foosball table.

If you need to use the washing machine, just let us know. It’s a 10kg machine—please use it accordingly to keep additional costs low :) You’ll find it in the basement. An iron and clothesline are available in the apartment.

There are numerous places to visit nearby; plenty of brochures are available in the apartment, and feel free to ask us for more information.

The well-known Filzteich is just a 5-minute walk away.

Please keep noise levels moderate in the apartment after 10 p.m. when the windows are open. We generally can’t hear anything from above, so feel free to make yourselves at home. :)

Our children were born in 2011, 2013,2015,2019, and 2022, and they’d love to have some playmates.
The garden is shared; please make sure your children stay within the property and avoid the flower beds and garden areas :)
If they’re old enough, they’re welcome to spend time outside on their own.
