The ski slope is just 200 m away, providing a convenient base for winter sports and outdoor activities.

The flat has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the spacious living room. Two modern bathrooms – one with a bath and one with a shower – provide additional comfort. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge, bin bags, a cleaning cloth and a tea towel is provided on arrival.

Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV provide entertainment and connectivity. The main building features a wellness area with a sauna and relaxation room, as well as a communal lounge.
