Brown Dolomyte Apartment

The BROWN DOLOMYTE Apartment is located in a historic building in the old town of Schilpario, a tourist destination at the foot of the Pizzo Camino range in the Dolomites.

The apartments feature a vintage style, with thick stone walls, wooden beam floors, frescoed ceilings, durable larch wood and marmorine tile flooring, and contemporary furnishings and amenities. Portable electric oil-filled radiators. Hot water provided by electric water heaters. Windows and doors made of antique fir wood.

At the entrance, there is a hallway leading to the rooms: on the right, the eat-in kitchen and a double bedroom with a view of the Pizzo Camino mountain range; on the left, a bedroom bathed in afternoon sun, and the first bathroom. At the end of the hallway is a separate area consisting of a quadruple bedroom and the second bathroom.

Final cleaning services included are limited to sanitization only; tidying up and other services are excluded but can be arranged upon request. Bedding and towels are available upon request and subject to availability. Soap and cleaning supplies are not provided. Utility charges are extra for extended stays: please inquire in advance. Apartment for tourists only. A valid ID is required for every guest, including minors. Special deals and discounts are available at local bars, bakeries, and restaurants. Guest occupancy records are reported to the Bergamo Police Headquarters.
