This modern, comfortable 3-room ground-floor vacation apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring two sunny terraces overlooking the spa gardens and Seestraße, invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable vacation in Scharbeutz. In just a few steps, you can reach the beach, the boardwalk, the spa administration office, the pier, and a well-equipped children’s playground. Shopping options are nearby (within walking distance).
With two bedrooms facing the spa park and a spacious living and dining area connected to a large kitchen, there’s plenty of room for four people to relax and enjoy themselves. The living room features a modern sofa set, a large dining table that seats 4, a Sony micro hi-fi system (50 W, CD player, Bluetooth), a Blu-ray DVD player, and a Samsung flat-screen TV with Netflix access (46 inches, 3D LED backlight, Full HD, 200 Hz, Wi-Fi, Smart TV). The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment***, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a full-function range hood, and all necessary kitchenware.
The bedrooms—quietly situated near the spa gardens—are furnished with a double bed (200x180) or two single beds (each 200 x 80). The larger bedroom features a 32-inch LED TV (same as in the living room). The modern shower room (90x90) with a window includes a washing machine. High chair included (
). The apartment features designer flooring and electric roller shutters. It is accessible via elevator from the underground parking garage. It is located right next to the spa park. The beach can be reached directly via a footpath through the spa park. A seasonal beach chair is included for the 2026 season (May 15–September 15). A parking space in the underground garage (maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.90 m) is available to you. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.



The modern Kurparkresidenz apartment complex is centrally located. An elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, some of which offer a view of the spa park. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and, last but not least, the Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Underground parking spaces are available.
