"This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. The back yard and deck are spacious but we spent most of our time traveling. "Our first time in charming Chester was exactly what I had imagined in an authenticly historic home , well appointed with comfortable and tasteful decor. Perfect. And the town has evrything- a bakery with wonderful coffee and pasteries, a pub and a wharf front restaurant with lobster and chowder, shopping and historic architecture. And its a short drive from Halifax and to LaHave, Lunenberg, Mahone Bay and Peggys Cove. "

"We booked this lovely place for 2 nights in September and we love our stay. The place is in an easy to find, nice and quiet location, was very clean and had everything we needed. It is even nicer than the pictures show and the host Heather is lovely and accommodating as well. We will be back and can only recommend it."
