"The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"As the previous reviewer noted, the apartment we stayed in was not the one listed -- that apartment is on the first floor -- but our apartment (on the top floor) had the most amazing view. There was a large balcony that looked out onto the ocean, and my friend and I spent almost all of our time, when we weren't sleeping, out on the balcony. The sound of the ocean and birds was constant and delightful. Additionally, the apartment is excellently located -- a very short walk to the Havana Club,...

"the beach is covered in seaweed and isn’t really swimable. the hotel it self is okay but is only a place to lay your head. It’s okay but was missing a lot of things, like an ironing board. some of the cabinets was broken and could use a little work. overall don’t expect nothing crazy from this place. pretty basic"

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."
