"We stayed over for the concert at the open air.
The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect.
The en-suite was very small but clean.
The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again."

"I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...

"Lovely clean room parking we had to pay £8 per day we stayed 1 night should have been 2 but had to head home 2nd morning due to personal reasons but had we stsyed our 2nd day we could move around to the back of the property for free Jonathan what a perfect host he helped with our luggage gave us all the info we needed and his phone number to contact if needed whatever the hour you don't get brekkie at this property but Wetherspoons just around corner if you want brekkie great location close to...
