From the bottom of the drive you can walk to Sawdon Beck in one direction and Raptor View in the other. You can even access the Moor to Sea cycle network. Just a short drive down the road is Wykeham Lakes which is perfect for fishing or you can enjoy a whole host of water activities. The resort town of Scarborough is just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include North York Moors National Park, Flamingo Land Resort, Eden Camp Modern History Museum and Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

Enter via a beautiful decked veranda, hang your coats and slip off your shoes as you enter the stylish kitchen/diner, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table seats everyone and is perfect for a family meal or to just sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Head into the light and bright lounge with wooden flooring, wood burner, sofa, Smart TV and DVD player along with views through the arched window to the garden. Completing the ground floor is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en-suite with shower and WC. Heading upstairs you will find the second bedroom, a king-size with dressing table and en-suite with shower and WC.

Watch the sun go down whilst sat on the decked veranda with seating area with views out over the pond and countryside beyond.
