"Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars."

First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. "All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. "

"Beautiful place. Close to everything. Airport was only 20 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. The Vrbo was spacious. Had everything that we needed. We did not have a car but that didn’t matter. Everything was within walking distance. Since we were there past Labor Day, there were some things shutting down. But that didn’t matter to us. I would definitely stay again. "

"Great condo! Able to walk all around Kennebunkport and go to the shops and restaurants . Parking is just behind the condo., too. There are some stairs to climb with your suitcase so just FYI. Very nice people and place!"
