Gorgeous Home

Lovely stay! Unbelievable views and excellent communication with Martin the house manager. Definitely do make note of the hills (both to get to the property and to get to the upper palapa level) and the couple of shared bathrooms. Golf carts made the hills manageable and allowed for more exploration in Sayulita anyways. Enjoy!

Unbelievable stay!!

Words cannot describe how amazing this property is. Martin is AMAZING!!! We had 14 of us and everyone felt like they had their own space to relax while still feeling connected to everyone. The views!!!! Overlooking the town with a perfect sunset view. Highly reccommend this property. Its the perfect mix of being north enough to be out of town but still close enough to get into town in less than 5 minutes.

Great in evert way

Yearly family vacation for 12 and this was the perfect property and location for us. Read all previous reviews to help you make the right decision. It was ideal for our needs but it is up a very steep hill with a very steep driveway you have to walk up to gain access to both villas. We rented golf carts and would say that was a must. It is best to take pesos as a lot of the town’s restaurants take cash only and have a higher exchange rate. Yarib and Martin are great to work with and are very helpful to answer any question you may have. The cleaner comes in every other day and she is very thorough and non intrusive. All three pools are great with plenty of seating areas on both patios. The joint villas are very well equipped with plenty of space in main and bedroom areas. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. This definitely was a perfect choice for our needs. Thank you Yarib and Martin.

Wedding weekend- such a special place

The property was perfect for our extended family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Welcome Party for 100 people in the event space. Although it was a bit of a steep walk or ride to get to the house and the upper garden, the views were incredible! There was plenty of room for dinner seating for all of our guests and the palapa was perfect for shade and extra seating. Yarib was great to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. If you are looking for a truly special place to spend some time with family or friends or to host a special event, please consider Villas Piedra Blanca. With 3 pools we had a hard time deciding where to play each day. Everything was provided for a wonderful time...just bring food, or hire a chef!

Great Place on the hill!

House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.

amazing villa with amazing view!

This place was perfect for our work retreat! it was very spacious and even had a perfect space outdoors for our workshops. Also lots of spaces so the whole group want forced to be with each other all the time. Amazing kitchen and equipped with everything that is needed. Martin the house manager was always responsive and gave me solutions when we needed them. Also the 3 pools are great an have amazing view. The only small downside is how steep it is to get to the house, from main entrance to the actual door of the house it gets very difficult to get there with bags. And to go to town I would recommend taxis rather that walking down (not recommended for people with mobility issues). One of our group decided to do it and had a hard time getting back in the sun and how steep it is. If you like you can rent a golf car but I would recommend on how steep it gets. Communication in general was ok, we only had a couple of miscommunications but nothing that was not able to be resolved in a timey manner. Great views of Sayulita and the sunset.

Spacious beautiful home. May not be best for small children as pools are on steep edges but amazing views, and a short golf cart ride into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was clean with all we needed

The best

This home was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 14 adults and 2 kids. The pools were perfect. The bedrooms were large, comfortable, quiet, and cold. The beds and pillows were comfy. The views were amazing, and the noise from the town was no problem. The property manager was responsive and attentive. The golf cart was cool, and we recommend renting more to get to and from town. It’s a steep, but short walk. I 1000000% recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful property & amazing staff

I really can’t speak more highly of the hospitality we experienced during our stay. We were traveling to Sayulita for my wedding and spent 3 days in the house with our bridal party and they made our trip so memorable. It’s a gorgeous property with an amazing view! The property owner and manager were so accommodating and generous! Highly recommend this stay for a large group.

Wonderful Home

The property itself was fantastic. Beautiful views and beautiful home. The only problem was the home came with a golf cart that we had to pay a deposit for. A day b4 we left the back tire started rubbing on the fender. It got blamed on us saying we must have hit something. I was the only driver the entire weekend. Lost my deposit. Other than that, fantastic weekend!

Perfection

Everything about this property was amazing! From the communication prior to arriving, to Martin - the house manager, who helped us with absolutely anything that we needed. The pride that the entire house staff take is very evident when you arrive and through the duration of your stay. We hosted 12 guests here and there was never a time any of us felt that we were living on top of one another, there is so much indoor and out door space at the property and town is about 5 min away by ATV/ golf cart. If you are going to rent additional carts get use the recommendations provided by the host to ensure they have the ability to make it up the hill to the property. We look forward to coming back again next year with our group Thank you To all the staff at the house especially Martin for making our trip phenomenal

Family Vacation

To make this review short and sweet ~ our family vacation at this property was amazing. The host Martine was very helpful, the chefs he recommended were amazing and the views from this property were breathtaking. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation or a couples vacation. The pools are great ~ nice to have at the house, great areas to hang out. The property is not to far from town, definitely recommend the golf cart for traveling back and fourth. The road to town is steep. Hope you enjoy this property as much as we did.

Spectacular villa with incredible views

I stayed here in August with a group of girls to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were blown away by how beautiful these villas were in person!! The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking of the gorgeous bay of Sayulita and you can easily watch the surf from the villa. I also highly recommended surfing during your time in Sayulita (even if you are a beginner) - it’s one of the top surf spots around and a great place to learn for beginners. The villas were extremely clean, safe, and we loved the decor. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive from the villas - we recommended driving the golf cart due to the steep hills coming back up - but we did walk sometimes and it wasn't too bad - about a 15 min walk. Yarib was wonderful in answering all our questions ahead of time and providing us with helpful recommendations for our time in Sayulita. Martin our house host warmly greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive if we had any needs during our time there (food items, alcohol, taxis, etc). We used Chef Francisco Díaz, recommended by Yarib, for part of our stay and he was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend him - his dishes were incredible and he puts a lot of thought into the presentation of each dish. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning the kitchen during our stay. Overall it was such a wonderful birthday and my friends and I will have life long special memories thanks to Villas Pierda Blanca!

Absolute Paradise!

I stayed here for a long weekend with 9 women to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. There are two gorgeous houses on the property with nearly every amenity you could need (A/C, fans, 3 pools, refrigerators by the pool, 2 kitchens and more! We went during the off season, so there are tropical thunder storms nearly every night (but they only last an hour or so). The rest of the time it is hot and humid, so the pools are a great relief. We honestly could have spent the entire time at the property, as it was a paradise, and would not have been bored at all. If you go during rainy season it is a little tricky to get into town because there are no ubers and for a large group it is difficult to get a taxi in a timely manner. That said, the property managers are incredibly helpful and will provide many taxi numbers for you. Also, if you do not want to leave the villa, they can have food, groceries, and more brought up to the house. I cannot wait to come back- it was absolutely incredible! Martin was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He was extremely quick to respond to us via Whatsapp and help with anything we needed. Also, the driving service they set us up with from the airport was wonderful, we loved Hugo!
