We had a lovely time! The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. It was great to have ensuites for each bathroom, as we travelled with all girls, so it was easy to get ready each day without having to share too much mirror space etc. The pool was beautiful but small and very cold. The pool never gets any sunlight so we didn’t end up hanging around. There are some very beautiful beaches close by, so that was not an issue for us. The property managers should consider putting in a rooftop pool. The rooftop patio was stunning! A pool up there would make the place next level fabulous!Check in was smooth. It would have been nice if the property manager reached out the day before, but I had to reach out to find out how/where to check in etc. he was very friendly and responded quickly to all questions.

Condo on the hill

We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!

Exceptional Stay in Sayulita – A Perfect Getaway!

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO in Sayulita was absolutely phenomenal! We were a group of six—my husband, his mother, niece, and two sisters—and this property provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, located in a prime spot to enjoy all that Sayulita has to offer. The shared spaces, including the pool and rooftop, were pristine and stunning, maintained daily by a hardworking cleaning staff. It was such a treat to relax in these gorgeous areas, knowing they were always in perfect condition. The property manager was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and proactive in providing detailed instructions, tips for getting around, and amazing local recommendations. Their care and attentiveness made our trip seamless and stress-free. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful property with excellent management and facilities, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place!

This place is great and we enjoyed it a lot ! Easy walk to main beach and to Playa Los Muertos . The manager, Tony, was always helpful with whatever we needed . The place was super clean. Pool well taken care of , and we spend every sunset on the rooftop deck . Thanks !

We use VRBO a lot and I think we paid a premium as part of our trip overlapped with Holy Week, so found myself slightly disappointed. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and showers were very nice with good water pressure. Awesome that we could all take a shower when we got back from the beach each day. Our dishwasher didn't work and Tony was great to try to fix it and when he couldn't he sent us someone to clean the dishes, but I felt bad asking for it every time we needed dishes cleaned. The dressers fall over if you have more than one drawer open, the linens and furniture could all use a refresh/maintenance. Again, I know it never looks as good as the pictures, but just a cumulation of a bunch of things. Set your expectations a little lower and you'll enjoy.

Loved my stay can’t wait to come back

Everything about the check in and the service and the pool and the owner was amazing. 6 stars out of 5 would highly recommend. There was even cords available to plug in our golf cart we rented for the week

Great Locatuon

The modern property was spaciousness and located a short walk from town and beaches. We enjoyed our stay. However, the kitchen is not equipped with basic amenities for cooking a family meal.

Fantastic stay in Sayulita

The property was great. It was clean, we each had our own bathroom. It was a short walk from town away from the noise and close to Beach Muerto. The internet was solid for us that had to take some work meetings. Will stay here again.

Great Place to Call Home Base

Great spot for a group of 5 to call home and explore the town. Loved how their were 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big plus! There is a TV in the living room, but it has no cable or Netflix so we didn’t use it. The rooftop patio is a great place if you want to be a little louder and the pool is the perfect temperature to jump in after a sweaty day trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, except oil which we bought ourselves. Blender, toaster and even a dishwasher!

Great spot in Sayultia

So this is an very modern property a bit out of the way. It is pretty easy to walk to the beach (both of them) and the town but a golf cart is convenient. Tony can help get one if you want. Especially cause we had a 17 month old so he doesn’t get around so easy and the cobble stones don’t agree with strollers. We stayed on the pool level 3 bedroom 3 bath. The odd thing is this unit the living room/kitchen doesn’t have any curtains so anyone walking by can see in. Just be aware of that. Also there’s no laundry. There’s laundry in town but we assumed there was laundry (it’s not in the description so bad assumption). Also the pool in Feb/Mar is cold. It doesn’t get much sunlight. The pool area gets sun but the pool itself doesn’t. For that matter the water at the beaches isn’t really all that warm this time of year either. It is quite temperate and real comfortable temperature was Feb/mar. This unit has a full kitchen. Coffee was provided and water in a water cooler. They will as necessary deliver more water paper towels toilet paper garbage bags etc. wine opener glasses etc. the rooftop has a fully functional grill(s) and range and sink. Cool spot but the bugs come out at night. Be prepared w spray. Tony and his crew are super responsive and awesome. It’s nice cause it’s JUST far enough away to be quiet but it’s really still very easy access to the town. We highly recommend this unit

We made the right choice in staying here.

The property is exactly like what was posted. Very luxurious and perfect for our group. Each of us getting our own large bedrooms and private bathrooms. We only had an 8 minute walk to the beach. The view was very nice and we spent a good amount of time in the mornings in the pool before starting our day. Tony our host was nothing short of awesome. He helped us get settled than offered to get us set up with a golf cart delivery straight to our door. Recommended good food and where to hang out at night. When i come back to sayulita i wont hesitate to book this spot again. Nothing but a great time.
