We stayed in the 2 bedroom place-2 couples -it was excellent! The hosts were amazing-so friendly & helpful.We enjoyed the pool area most afternoons. The unit had plenty of space & was pretty well stocked.We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us Joan & Dave :)

Beautiful Villa

We loved our stay at the Villa! The place was spacious, clean and a great location to the town. The hosts were very helpful and I would definitely recommend staying here for a wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful. Very clean with amazing views of the ocean. Great location, super walkable to town. We felt very safe and well taken care of by the hosts. They let us use their beach stuff and were happy to help with recommendations. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome Sayulita Stay!

Everything about our stay was awesome. Joan and Dave are very helpful and even recommended activities like watching baby sea turtles head to the water after hatching. The condo itself was clean and lovely. We enjoyed our stay, the pool, and the views!

Perfect for families!

Our family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters spent the most amazing week here! The property is so comfortable and we felt so at home. The location is perfect to escape the busy spring break traffic and sounds while still being a 5-10 min walk from great restaurants and the beach! We hope to be back!

Such a beautiful property. Joan and Dave were wonderful hosts and made the process effortless. The casita was beautifully decorated with Mexican tile counters, sinks, and flooring. Very cozy, quiet, just two blocks into town and two more to the beach. The food and activities were amazing to include whale watching riding horses on the beach. Easy walkable town with friendly people everywhere. Thank you again for a trip of a lifetime.

Mexican Paradise

The photos don’t do this rental justice. The rooms are spacious and the views from the patio are amazing. It is truly paradise sitting outside the unit. The hosts have made sure everything you need is there. Have used VRBO many times over the years and this is one of my favorite rentals. Thank you!

Family Getaway

We were impressed from the moment Joan graciously opened the door for us. Joan showed us the utmost hospitality with giving us a lay of the land, setting up our transportation to/from the airport and offering suggestions for daily activities. The accommodations were even nicer in person than even in the photos, if that’s even possible. We would gladly stay at Joan and Dave’s beautiful place as well as suggest it to family and friends in the future.

Everything we expected and so much more!

First of all, Joan and Dave were absolutely incredible with communication, setting up our shuttle, a golf cart, and providing so many amenities on the property. The property is as stunning as anywhere I have ever stayed. The landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The casita is otherworldly. So picturesque. Thank you for an amazing trip! This was a magical trip for our family and not one we will forget.

Such a great stay!!!!

This was the perfect spot!!! The house perfectly fit our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were big and comfortable. It was within walking distance to anything we wanted to eat or do. So much fun! The owners were perfect. They were easy to communicate with and a fun to visit with. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, perfectly clean, and just a five-minute walk from the ocean and all the great restaurants. The roofed pool is a bonus—much appreciated during the hot afternoons.The two-bedroom casa we stayed in is beautifully decorated and built in the traditional Mexican style, which we really enjoyed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well during the hot days in mid-June, keeping the entire house at a pleasant temperature.I would highly recommend this place, and if we decide to come back to Sayulita, we’ll definitely try to stay here again if possible
