Beautiful place, extremely noisy and busy!!!

First, this is a quaint hacienda, with all of the local flavor that you could possibly ask for. It’s really close to the beach, let’s call it 3 blocks. All well and good right?Nope, the property manager told us that there was a local Festival in town but FAILED to tell us that the fairgrounds was like 50’ from the front door. The vendors started putting up their tents on like the 2nd day we were there blocking the entire street including our front door. The Festival started that evening and we had screaming, hollering, and worst of all two different men on bullhorns shouting and carrying on until close to midnight. This ruined the whole stay for us. We paid the regular price instead of a discounted price because of all the ruckus we were going to have to endure.I would recommend that the property manager, being a premier host should have known this, be more explicit with the guests about how disruptive this will be.

Charming place, great location

Loved this place. Tons of space for our family with a very authentic and charming feel. Minutes from town and the beach it really is the perfect location. And Josh was a very accessible and helpful host.

Great place to stay!

It was such a neat property and perfect location to see all of what Sayulita has to offer. 10 minute walking distance from everything. The open concept was such a neat experience! We would most definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, AC in both bedrooms, close to the beach, shops and the French bakery! Golf cart is a must to explore the hills. Recommend the whale watching with Ally Cat sailing. One thing missing:: access to washer/dryer.

Awesome place to stay for digital nomads

Some friends and I stayed here for 10 days while working remotely. The Wifi was super reliable. The location was incredible considering its proximity to the beach, surf rental shop, and downtown. Definitely going to come stay here again

Rustic Mexican Charm

Had a great time...Open first floor plan works well...lots of space throughout...third floor terrace a huge bonus...great happy hour space...more of a townhouse than an apartment. would stay again...

We had such a great time. The location was perfect, so close to everything, including the beach. Josh was extremely responsive and kind. We will stay at Josh’s home when we come back to Sayulita next year. Thank you, Josh!!!

Nice house

Nice house that is larger and more open than it appears in the photos, plenty of space for my family of 5. Centrally located, close to everything. Josh was really prompt and easy to get a hold of for my few questions. Only negative is the noise, that is a factor for light sleepers, as he mentions.
