The place had some really nice views. Very comfortable and clean. The manager was even able to have the room ready early for us to check-in. I really like that there were different balcony options -- this was particularly beneficial as the views face directly westward in April and the afternoon sun was strong. We would spend the morning to mid-afternoon on the main balcony and then in the afternoon we would use the upstairs terrace.One downside for the design of this place is that the third bedroom is on the terrace and isolated from the other bedrooms which may not work for young families. There is a construction site across from the house between the accommodations and ocean that are not visible in the photos. There was no inconvenience and no real disturbance to mention. One of the nights, there was loud music playing at one of the beach front hotels which could be heard IN our place but I do not remember it bothering us too much.The family did NOT enjoy the walk to town although it only took about 10-12 minutes. And, although it is not a long walk, in the heat of the morning and evening it was not enjoyed. We choose to drive after that first walk. Parking in town during high season can be challenging. This is a golf cart city and it would have been very nice to have one - -which we did not.The pool was also a favorite of the kids. The house also came with beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice.
