The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 travelers (ideal for families, groups of friends or business trips):

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): 1 large Queen Size bed (160×200 cm)
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): 1 very large king size bed (180×200 cm)
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): 2 single beds (90×200 cm), perfect for children or separate beds.
Living room area (1st floor): 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional people.

🏡 Room & Space Layout

On the 1st floor: A warm living space including a friendly lounge with TV and board games, a bright dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine).

On the 2nd floor: The preserved sleeping area with 3 independent bedrooms and a functional bathroom.

✨Bed linen provided, the beds are made upon your arrival, as well as kitchen towels, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are part of the supplies provided.

- Cot: 12 euros per stay
- Early arrival at 1 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: 20 euros
- Late check-out at 1 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.: 20 euros

Access to the property is very simple and has been designed for your comfort. You have a garage and parking spaces that are just in front of the housing.

This allows you to unload your luggage with ease and park your vehicle safely, just a few steps from the entrance. The accommodation is easily accessible by car.

- Arrival independently: Entry into the premises is done independently through a secure key box. This allows you to arrive at the time that suits you (from the agreed check-in time) without any timing stress.

- Assistance and responsiveness: Although we are not physically present when the keys are handed over, we remain fully available and reachable by messaging or phone. We will respond quickly to all your questions, whether for the operation of equipment or for local recommendations.
