Früher, wo es noch Geheimtipps gab, wäre das eins davon: Lage - zwischen Meer und Berge - mit super Aussicht auf Meer und Hügeln, Aufteilung (viele Zimmern) und auch Ausstattung (Pool, Küche, Terrasse u.a.).Man braucht Sonnencreme, Insektenschutz und Geduld zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub. Geduld ist notwendig, denn jede schöne Rose hat Dornen und die Dornen dieser ist die Zufahrt, die gut machbar aber nichts für schwache Nerven ist. Man ist abgelegen, aber recht schnell dennoch in den Dörfern, am Meer oder an der Autobahn.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, vorher oder währenddessen, unabhängig davon, ob wir kurzfristig die Anzahl der Gäste erweitern mussten oder wo wir um Hilfe gebeten haben, bei aufgetreten Problemen.Seine Tipps waren mehr als nur hilfreich - ich würde mir diese beim nächsten Besuch vorher nochmal besser durchlesen :-).

A truly special place. The villa has everything you could possibly need and the views are spectacular. The pool is amazing and was a highlight for our family. The road up to the villa is steep and windy but you soon get used to it. Marc is a superb host. We highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Det har været et rigtig godt og dejligt ophold. Vi har nydt de smukke omgivelser og huset, som passede perfekt til det spanske bjerglandskab. De nerverne for køreturen derop havde lagt sig, og vi blev fortrolige med bjergkørslen og vejen, så var huset perfekt, hvis man er til rolige omgivelser midt i den spanske natur. Udlejer var sød og hjælpsom, der var hurtigt svar og hjælp, da vi havde et lille problem med et stoppet afløb, som lynhurtigt blev fikset. Tak for leje af dette dejlig hus.

Beautiful setting in the hills

The property was beautiful set up high in the hills near sayalonga. The pool was lovely so refreshing when the sun beats down. Communication excellent , road down to algorrobo a bit rough but saves so much time. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location in the mountains

This house is perfect for a quiet stay in the mountains. The kitchen is properly equipped to cook all the meals you could want. There is a great gas BBQ and a beautiful swimming pool. Both Charlotte and Marc were fantastic hosts and extremely responsive.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit phantastischer Aussicht

Das sehr schöne Ferienhaus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und bietet von Terasse und Garten eine sehr schöne Aussicht zum Meer. Ein großzügiger Pool ermöglicht Erfrischung im Sommer und die gepflegte Bepflanzung des Gartens lädt zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die Air Conditioning im Schlafzimmer ermöglicht auch bei sommerlicher Hitze erholsamen Schlaf bei engenehmer Temperatur.

Tranquil getaway

After an initial adventure up the hills to find the villa using the very helpful instructions, we were so happy with property when we arrived. All very spacious, clean, thoughtfully layed out, with all items you would need at a holiday space. Kids loved the pool and eating outside with the spectacular views across the hills to the sea. The novelty of waking up to this every morning never went away. The perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. Great hosts!! Thankyou , Chris and family.

Entspannung in den Bergen

Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit der Familie. Viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie der Pool, die Sauna, die Terrasse, der herrliche Ausblick in die Berge und zum Meer machten den Urlaub zu einem vollkommenen Vergnügen. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war schnell und einfach.

Lovely villa in a great spot

Great villa. Amazing views, clean and very well equipped. Easy communication with the owners. About 25 minutes from the nearest beach. Country roads are a little windy and bumpy, but we were informed about this before, so we were expecting it. Furniture solid comfortable and simple. Great additional things like sauna (not needed in high summer!), bikes to use, air conditioning. Nice pool and beautiful outside area. Rural but easy access to the beach. Wonderful.

Super maison à sayalonga

On a passé un super séjour entre amis, la maison est superbe et bien équipée. Juste le chemin est un peu difficile la première fois mais à force on s’y habitue. Je recommande fortement.

Détente au rendez-vous

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette jolie villa meublée avec simplicité mais bien équipée. Environnement très calme, le jardin et la vue sont très agréables. Le seul bémol est le manque de climatisation dans l'une des chambres et dans le salon, certains jours il faisait très chaud. A conseiller donc!

Veludstyret dejlig feriebolig, højt beliggende og med en fantastisk udsigt.

Adgangsvejen til boligen gav lidt kriller i maven i starten, men det vænner man sig hurtigt til. Hvis man er til diskoteker og andet turistgøgl, skal man ikke vælge denne bolig. Hvis man derimod er til fred og ro, samt en fantastisk udsigt, så er denne bolig den rigtige. Vi (familie med to voksne sønner samt 2 svigerdøtre) nød en skøn uge sammen i boligen, som er veludstyret med grill, pool, petanquebane og mountainbikes.

Heerlijk verblijf !

Wij, gezin bestaande uit 7 volwassenen, hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad in Sayalonga. We hebben genoten van de accommodatie, die heel compleet was, van het mooie zwembad en de terrassen met het prachtige uitzicht. Het dorpje Sayalonga is bereikbaar middels een smalle, wat spannende route, met name in het donker, met mooie uitzichten. Voor andere uitstapjes ben je wat langer onderweg. Voor een ontspannen vakantie ben je echter in deze woning op een hele goede, mooie plek.

Beautiful villa in stunning, peaceful location

Just returned from 10 days in this wonderful villa. Very clean and well equipped house, with everything you could possibly need (and more!). Set in large pretty landscaped gardens, the views are absolutely stunning and the swimming pool a great size. The one downside of the remote mountain location is the drive up the slightly terrifying single track mountain road to get there! The nearby village of Sayalonga (3km away) is small but extremely picturesque and we enjoyed evening meals sat in the village square. There are nearby seaside resorts and we had a great day out in Malaga, which has a lovely harbour area as well as the cultural old town. Our kids also enjoyed a day at the nearby waterpark in Torre del Mar (which wasn't too busy, even in August). Great communication through Marc the owner - thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Fantastisk hus med udsigt til bjerge og havet.

Vi havde 10 dage med et fantastisk ophold, hvor vi så flotte solopgange op over bjergene, samtidig med at vi kunne nyde havudsigten. Da vi var 2 familier kunne den ene familie bo i et dejligt gæstehus med palmer lige uden for. Vejret var så flot, at vi kunne sidde ude til alle måltider og nyde udsigten. Der er rig mulighed for vandreture og ret hurtigt er man ved havet i bil, hvor der er mange hyggelige steder at spise. Dejlig med en svømmetur i poolen om morgenen. Der er mange vandreture korte eller lange lige uden for huset.. Ligeledes kan gå mange steder rundt på grunden og finde hyggesteder hvor man kan sidde og nyde udsigten. Vi kommer gerne tilbage igen.

Was a lovely villa. Really good outdoor areas with beautiful views.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in the villa. The roads were a bit fun! But used one of the shortcuts after a while which was so much easier. Lovely outdoor space which was spent watching an Eagle and some other birds soaring through the air. Sayalonga was nice for tapas. Just a small village and the round cemetery is worth a look.well stocked villa which seemed to have everything. Pool a good size which the kids were never out of! In August was very hot but soon got acclimatised and the air con cooled the bedrooms. Although some nights didn't need them on at all. Didn't want to leave at the end of the 2 weeks! Very nice for a relaxing holiday and nearby places quick to drive to. Not for you if you like a busy holiday. Take me back please! X

En oase i bjergene

Efter at have kørt på små snoede grusveje træder man ind i en frodig, skøn oase midt i bjergene. Huset og det omkringliggende område med pool er hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt. Huset ligger perfekt, hvis man vil trække stikket og nyde roen og den smukke udsigt. Det er også en fantastisk base for vandre og cykelture i bjergene. Vi prøvede begge dele og mountainbikesene fungerede upåklageligt. Perfekt både til famile og venner, da der er et anneks hvor 2 personer kan bo lidt væk fra huset. Vi var så vilde med stedet at vi ikke kom ret meget til stranden, men hvis man har lyst til det, er det en kort køretur derfra. Alt i alt en perle. Vi kommer gerne igen :-)
