Centred around an open plan sleeping/living/kitchen/dining room, everything is at your fingertips at Garden Cottage, offering enough space to get creative with your local produce, dine long into the evening around the dining table, cosy up on the comfy sofa and enjoy a well-earned rest on the double bed. Soak up the fresh countryside air by dining alfresco amongst fabulous uninterrupted views in either of the private gardens.
The pretty village of Snape is located along the banks of the River Alde, surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering sailing and canoeing as well as some wonderful walking country; join the trail from Snape Maltings half a mile away and head to Iken on the south side of the river or follow the trail on the north side of the river through Snape Marshes Nature Reserve to RSPB's Snape Warren (0.5 miles) for a spot of bird watching. Enjoy a traditional bucket and spade day at the seaside at Southwold 18 miles away with its pretty pier or head to Framlingham (10 miles) or Orford (6 miles) to tour their historic castles.

- Cottage 1 has a lovely grassy garden with a picnic table, and cottage 2 has a covered veranda with a table, chairs and good-sized unfenced garden space

- Pub within 200 metres, shop 3.5 miles, beach 5.5 miles
- Garage in driveway with a tumble drier, BBQ and bike storage space
