"Everything was perfect! Communication with Belinda was seamless, the unit was excellent, and the location was outstanding! For the value, this is the best property I’ve stayed in. The complimentary coffee, access to laundry (with detergent available in the unit), and all the other common amenities. My friend and I were very impressed with everything and will definitely be looking at this property if we are back in Sawtell. Much love from Canada, and thank you for hosting us! "

"A well maintained, clean property. Check in staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Well located in easy walking distance of restaurants. Continental breakfast offering was very good.
Would recommend it as a great stopover point."

"The property is older but clean for the age of the building. My daughter did see a cockroach when we arrived which was a bit off putting.
There was parking under the building but several flights of stairs from this to our room which may be difficult for some people.
There was some peeling paint in the bathroom which could have also been quite easily fixed and would have improved the appearance of the room.
I could not get the TV to work and there were no specific instructions for the...
