Parking was easy! So thankful for the dedicated spot. The house was beautiful inside and out and close to everything we needed! We loved staying here. The house is incredible.

Great location! Close to River street and Broughton street, walkable for both. Convenient parking with the home. Very spacious home for our party of five. It was a great stay for our first time in Savannah.

House was amazing!!! Very spacious and high end. We had a couple of small issues but they were handled immediately by the property management. Location can’t be beat..everything was walkable and less than 1/2mile from the house. Wonderful experience!

Fabulous house and location!

We had a great time at this property! It was very well decorated inside. We really enjoyed the convenience of this location to most things in the historic district. We will definitely recommend this property to other people visiting Savannah!

The home was in excellent condition absolutely beautiful. Great location and very convenient to everything. The only recommendation I would make is that there were not enough side tables or lamps in the main living room. The lighting was super bright and if there are no lamps there at least need to be dimmers on the lights. The kitchen was adequately equipped if you’re not cooking a lot. I really appreciated that there was a coffee pot as well as a Keurig since we tend to drink coffee all day. It’s easier to have a pot. The beds were very comfortable.

Large, comfortable house with a ton of Savannah charm. Perfect location for walking around downtown Savannah. Highly recommend!

Great location and communication

We had a great time here in Savannah. The location is walkable to most sights in the historic district. The kitchen is certainly the highlight of the property. Subzero appliances and it is quite well equipped. Our light days their were highlights by a rare snow storm and although inconvenient, the staff was very helpful in helping us navigate the area closures.

Savannah adventure

56 Broad was an incredible property. Large rooms, private baths, a wonderful outside patio. The hosts accommodated our every request and more. As an added bonus there was a lovely coffee shop next door. Parking was very convenient & available.

Enjoyed Our Vacation!!

Great place for our family get together! Location was perfect! Excellent communication! We left some items and they shipped them back to us!! We will be checking out their Key Largo property real soon!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful City

Myself and 7 other adults stayed in this property for a wedding weekend in Savannah and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from our stay. The management individuals were communicative and professional, they even helped us to check in a little earlier to help alleviate us dragging our luggage around town. The house was in a great location, it was beautiful inside out and fit all of us comfortably. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Savannah with a group of 6-8.

Perfect house in wonderful location

Open, modern, clean, comfortable and a wonderful location in easy walking distance to so much we wanted to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the proactive communications of management. Parking spot in a nearby lot made it easy. Steep stairs may be difficult for some but our family of five did great and enjoyed the charm coupled with modern amenities. We will be back!

Shorter than wanted

We reserved for three nights. Only got to stay one due to Hurricane Helene. The property is lovely. Exactly as depicted on web site. Would like to have received refund/credit for future stay but didn't happen so far.

Exceptional Quality

We were so sorry to leave this property. Truly felt like home away from home. Quality abounds from the mattreses, pillows and linens. Impeccably decorated with an astute blend of modern and vintage. Super high ceilings and spacious rooms. Convenient location to historic district and Riverfront. Will definitely return.

Wonderful stay!!

Great location and beautiful home. Easily walked to many restaurants and shopping. Trolley tour is a must. Only negative is the fireplace is for decorative purposes, even though it looks like it could work. To be fair, it was in pics but wasn’t listed under amenities and I didn’t ask.

Great house in a great location

We stayed in this rental for National Beta convention. It was the perfect location taking us less than 15 minutes to get to the convention center. Walking distance to the river walk area and an easy 25 minute drive to Tybee beach. The house has a nice layout with plenty of space for everyone. It was also nice to have designated parking so we would not have to depend on availability of a paid parking spot every time we would leave. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing property

We came to Savannah for my sons wedding . The brides family rented number 52. So we were side by side it was super convenient together and we were close to everything. We had one small issue that was addressed within 15 minutes. That was amazing service! Definitely a great place. Rob was awesome to work with.

Perfect girls' weekend

I planned a girls' weekend for my birthday, and I chose this property. It was absolutely perfect for our group! We parked the cars on Friday and never moved them because the location is so central to everywhere we wanted to go. The home is nicely appointed and beds were super comfortable. We loved being able to gather around the kitchen island for a glass of wine and watch Netflix together in the large living room. The only small request we had would have been tissue boxes in all the bathrooms, but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. We would definitely all stay again!

Excellent Stay!

This home offered all the updated amenities such as smart t.v.'s, Wi-Fi, private back patio, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, black-out curtains, and a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The location was away from the busy tourists spots yet walking distance to it all and we were near the DOT shuttle stop as well. The property is very well kept and cared for and clean. Rob was also very quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend this home!

Best VRBO yet.

I frequently stay at VRBO homes several times a year and this was by far the nicest one yet. This place had luxuries I can't claim to have at home. Very high end. The house was better than advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. I had made an error in my date scheduling, thought I had scheduled two nights and in fact only scheduled one, and after contacting the management, it was corrected within the hour. Management responds immediately with any issues that may arise. The house was in a perfect location so that we were able to walk to most places of interest and be able to leave the car in the covered parking spot. The Pirate's House is on one side and Cha Bella is very close on the other with 912 Brew in between All were great finds. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to pamper themselves with luxury and have the convenience of touring the city on foot. We plan to return in the fall when the weather is cooler. Don't miss this one!!
