Although we only got to stay for 2 out of 5 days due to airline cancellations and delays, the apartment was perfect. This is our second time as guests in this building and with these hosts. We loved every minute.

AMAZING! This was our first trip to Savannah as a family and we had the best time with our tween and teen. The space and location was just what we needed. We loved the Factors Penthouse and can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful condo and very convenient to River Street and City Market. The owner Chase was very welcoming and great to work with. All the complementary wine was an added plus. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here with a friend from high school and her husband over July 4th weekend. We had a blast and the property was perfect location to enjoy the fireworks and see Savannah.We would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. It was perfect location to everything.Thanks to our hosts. We had easy communication along with check in and check out.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property is more beautiful than the pictures could ever capture. The location is to die for and a balcony view of the street comings and goings along with the river view of spectacular container ships was fun! The hosts were easily accessible via text and email. The check out process was one of the easiest VRBO processes I have ever encountered. I highly suggest this amazing property.

Perfect Place

Beautiful place to stay with an amazing view! We enjoyed everything about this suite, from the furnishings to the comfy couch to the perfect location to the amazing view. If we ever go back to Savannah, this is where we will stay!

Family wedding weekend

The property is beautiful. It was so fun to watch the coming and going of the ships with coffee or cocktails. The only complaint was during the weekend and the bars letting out at 2am, even with ear plugs the master was loud.

Location!!!!

I can’t imagine staying in a better place than this!! It was absolutely gorgeous!! The main bedroom is huge and that bathtub was the best!!! The location cannot be beat. There is nothing like sitting on the rooftop deck or balcony and watching mega ships go by so close!!! Bring binoculars for a closer look!! Then look down and watch people walking on river street right below you!! Absolutely everything is walkable from this condo. We had so many great meals. I recommend the Crystal Beer Parlor, The old pink House, especially the downstairs bar and Churchill’s which is right across the street. The only place we drove to in five days was to Bonaventure cemetery for a tour. Due to this prime location you do get a little noise at times but earplugs are provided in the bedroom if that bothers you. We did not need them and felt it wasn’t an issue. A very small price to pay for being in the center of everything fun to do!! Communication with Chase was good and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future!!

Savannah River View - Piece of Art!

Easy directions provided by host. The home was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. The view from the top deck (private) was amazing. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go. We had a parking spot available out front. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Great Property! Great Location!

We’ve stayed in several units in the same building but this was the best. It was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and whole unit had all amenities. Felt very comfortable for the week we spent there. Plus, the location and views are great. Will be sure to stay here again!
