This was our third time staying at South End condo and will not be our last! The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and always clean. Beach chairs, toys, bikes and even a wagon for transporting items to the beach are provided. Located only 5 minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Julie provides excellent service with detailed instructions for check in and check out. TY

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our long weekend stay with friends. Very clean, stocked with the essentials we needed, very spacious, comfortable beds. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The provided beach chairs were a great addition, allowing us to have a nice beach day while there without the hassle of hauling our person beach items with us. The weather was absolutely perfect. We would stay again!

This was my second visit to this property. The condo is very neat and clean. Proximity to the beach is within a short walking distance. The owner is always prompt in returning messages and taking care of any issue that may arise. I’m very pleased with everything and will return again if I’m back in Tybee.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable beach rental

We had a wonderful 2 days in Tybee for the first time. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed to cook meals but also walking distance to so many things. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again. My kids loved all the games and appreciated having Netflix when the rain forced us indoors.

Great location!

Very nice, well maintained condo that is very close to the beach. Very clean, nice beds and bathrooms. Only reason it was not a 5 star stay was because we were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, and one trash bag for a 4 day stay with 6 people. We ran out halfway through our stay and had to purchase more TP.

I cant say enough about how great this condo was. For me I felt at home and slept very comfortable. The location is a short walk to the beach and came with a wagon, 4 chairs, umbrella and beach balls and toys and a cooler. You are on the south side between 17th street and the pier. communication was great with the owner and plan on being a repeat customer. The only thing to know is the balcony is somewhat shared and there is no view. but none of that bothered me.

Homebase for our Savannah Banana Adventure!

We decided we wanted to stay at the beach instead of downtown when we spent a week going to the Savannah Banana Baseball Camp during the week and games. It was a perfect choice for us as it was so nice to have fun at the stadium and then head to Tybee to enjoy the beach and cool off in the ocean. The condo was at South Beach so that put us about 17 miles from the stadium. It was an easy drive but worth it for us.The beach was a three minute walk from door to the beach access. The host had a beach cart and chairs which made the walk to the beach even easier.The condo was very nice clean and had everything we needed and more. Julie was a great host and quickly answered the questions we had prior to our arrival.Will definitely save this to our favorites for future Banana and beach adventures!

Excellent property

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped for a beach vacation, and just a couple of blocks from the beach. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons were very useful. The host was very helpful and responsive before and during the trip. We would absolutely recommend this property!

The condo was as beautiful and convenient as stated in the advertisement! We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again soon! The only thing we would change is requesting a full length mirror. The stay was wonderful!

The best vacation location!!

The condo is beautiful! Sparkling clean and so well equipped! They have EVERYTHING you could want for a beach stay; beach chairs, beach toys, even a beach wagon to tote everything to the shore!! The beds are comfortable, too. The location can’t be beat, either! You are one block from the beach, one block from all the stores and restaurants, yet the condo itself is quiet and peaceful. All in all, this was the best beach vacation we’ve ever had!!

Hi End Condo

The condo was very clean, updated appliances, furniture. The all the rooms were spacious for a condo with the master holding a King size bed. We were definitely pleased and would rent the same condo over & again.. The biggest plus was everything, restaurants, shopping and the ocean was all in walking distance.

The condo had everything we needed for a great family beach vacation! We had plenty of room to park a car and a golf cart in the covered parking. Two-minute walk to beach and several restaurants.

Tybee vibe can't match it

This is a great condo and we would stay here again. One of your guests was limited in mobility so the elevator was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood and a nice location. The beds were comfortable. We were challenged by the technology of the TV. There were know real instructions however we didn't watch much anyway. The ramp into the parking garage is a little steep so we had trouble with hitting the bottom of our front bumper when we were backing out. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. While this condo would not be listed for its views, you are only a few blocks from the beach and the pier. The boardwalk is the next few blocks over. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our vacation. More details on check out and recycling would be helpful.

My wife and I visited Tybee for our 2nd Pirate Fest. This 2nd floor 2BR condo was the absolute perfect place to stay! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Some of extra amenities include: 6-8 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, rolling chest cooler, board games, beach toys, 2 beach bicycles, etc. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach or downtown night life. We highly recommend. TY
