Lack of accuracy

Upon arrival I noticed a few things that didnt work including the TV as it wasnt set up for neflix or hbo or even local channels - I could not even stream music. I called the propert manager on friday as soon as I saw the isses and they shared someone would contact me saturday. No one did. The fan above the stove did not turn on and there was a hugh crack in one of the bathroom tiles that made it unstable. For check out, there was no laundry detergent to start a load or dish soap for the dishwasher. Over all it was a good location and comfortabl, but there were inacurracies in the listing.

Conveniently located in the historic district. We were able to walk to attractions and restaurants. So glad we bought parking passes as suggested by the management company.

Simple fix to make this 5 stars

The property was cute, convenient, clean, and overall, perfect for our needs. However, the windows were thin and the glass was broken. This made the noise coming from the street below feel like the windows were open, it was so loud. It wouldn't have been so bad if it was just people making noise, but each night cars and motorcycles would rev their noise enhanced mufflers/engines with constant backfiring until 4am every night. Some noise dampening drapes or some other kind of acoustic material to block the street noise would have made a huge difference. The open floor plan was also not the best for this kind of issue. We played white noise to help us, but the car noise was unreasonably loud. I'd be shocked if I was the first one to mention it, so the fact that this property didn't provide a solution to dampen the noise, made this a negative experience. There was construction directly below our unit and it wasn't 1/10th the noise as the cars. If your plan is to party all night, every night. This spot is wonderful. However, if you want to go to bed anytime before 4am, you will be stressed and irritated and sleepy.

Enjoyable

The location was great and everything we wanted to do, was within walking distance. My only take away was the loud sports cars, motorcycles or pickups revving their engines thru town on the weekend. Very loud and it goes on until 3 am. Super clean room, and was given enough amenities for our stay. Add checkout info in your booklet. We didn’t get the email until we we on the road.

Dirty towels in bathroom

We found a dirty towel hung over the tub shower curtain. Cobwebs everywhere. No cable tv just rabbit ears ice maker doesn’t work. Other then that the stay ways good.

Loftiness

This was a fun experience. My wife and I came to Savannah for our Valentine’s. This was the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the loft and Savannah. It is a loft so the noise from the street and the building can be loud at times. But we expected that before we came and enjoyed our experience thoroughly. Also there were some stains on the couch that can be removed with a steam cleaner. The lock on the door and the entrance to the building took a little getting used to but after a time or two we figured it out. Lastly the tub is awesome for baths but not showers.

Great location

The location is the best part of this place. Three issues with the property that really got to me were the bathtub with no attachment to hold the showerhead, the toilet stopper was broken requiring we reach into the basin to flush each time, and the icemaker was full with a solid block of ice. These may feel like small things and they did not ruin anything about our visit. But I would not stay there again due to the shower.

Great experiece

This was my 3rd trip to Savannah. Stayed in B&B's previously. Wanted to try the downtown condo experience. This condo was quite comfortable for just my mom and me. Prime location to everything. Yes we were aware of street noise, but honestly the interior noise was more annoying. Think hotel but with WAY thinner walls. This building services a lot of short term stays, so people are in and out like a hotel and the voices, footfalls and revelry sounds do carry. As also stated there is no overhead shower, just a hand-held, but for us wasn't a deal breaker. However both the sink and tub faucets leaked CONTINUALLY, so someone should really check into that. Overall great stay in a great town!!!

Great Location! Bad Shower

I hate to complain because I read all the reviews and stayed here anyway BUT the shower situation would prevent me from staying at this unit again. We loved the location, the unit was clean, check-in was easy, we didn't have a car. We had a great time in Savanah and will go back but won't be using this shower again.

Nice condo, great location except for the fact that Broughton St is a major construction zone right now. This is not a new project and will not be completed any time soon. This should have been included in the listing.

City stay

The property was nice and in great walking distance for everything downtown we wanted to get into. Elevator didn’t work and we had quite a few bags to carry unfortunately. Otherwise great property and location.

We arrived to the building and right away it did not smell all too good in the building. We got to our floor and there was a guest in their room yelling on the phone for hours. We felt kinda uneasy when we got to the room. The next day we went out to explore. Well we got back and the room was unlocked and when I went to put the door code in I pressed one number and the door swung open. We decided to pack up and leave. We stayed one night and they refuse to give us our money back except for a tiny portion of it. We were supposed to be there for 3 nights and stayed one due to us feeling and being unsafe.
