The overall stay in the house was great. Very spacious and close to all the essentials and restaurants. Neighbors will call and complain if any issues which we did not give any. We were a bit loud the first night but did not realize the noise ordinace. Would highly rwccomend it except for the noise ordinance, because you know when its your b day youbhave to party.Overall thank you for the hospitality and would definitely do it again.

Great location and great house for our family just ahead of the wedding! Excellent for entertaining, great communication with management- very responsive. Layout is perfect for three couples or groups that can be close , or large groups where not everyone needs privacy. Bedroom on ground floor is private, bedrooms upstairs have multiple beds in them making them perfect for people who are close or families. Fantastic place!!

The house was nice enough. The kitchenware needs replaced and was missing some essential items. There were multiple toasters, but they were all broken. I understand October in Savannah can be hot, but it was a cooler week when we were there and the pool heater was not on & we were told it could not be turned on. The heated pool should not be listed first on the description. The main reason we chose this rental was because of the pool. We have 3 younger children that were pretty disappointed. The bedroom and laundry in the basement has a spiral staircase. That would also have been good to know with having 3 younger children. The separate twin bed on the 3rd floor is more like a closet with a bed in it. None of these things were terrible, necessarily… Just would have been nice to know. That’s the only reason I’m even leaving this review For future renters. Not a terrible place The price is good They just need to be more transparent with their listing Oh, and even though there are plenty of beds, it’s just basically 3 rooms

This is a beautiful home in the historic district within walking distance to many attractions. Once we understood that the property is almost two hundred years old we had a better appreciation for the parts of the home that were dated and rickety. We needed four bedrooms for our group and even though this house had ample beds there were really not four separate bed rooms. The bed pictured in the family room in the basement did not exist, but there were two sofa beds in its place which our group made use of. In addition the pool was very neglected, beer cans were in the drain with a lot of debris and the water was cloudy. We called the property manager and there was a pool person out the next day who did clean the pool however the water remained cloudy for our entire stay.

It was great. There are a lot of stairs so if you have difficulty on steps with luggage, beware, or have someone do it for you. Lot's of comfortable beds. Property manager very responsive. We didn't know the location of the fuse box. It poured the last day and there were lots of leaks - it's an old home, but the property manager seemed to be on it. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, well-equipped kitchens with very professional and accurate information from the host. I never count on clean or working pools but this one was great and even got serviced while we were there. It made for a perfect bachelor weekend but I’d rent it again for a family reunion or getaway.

Was a very nice rental. A little old but that added to the charm. We had a few issues that were addressed by the rental company on a timely manner. Basement needs a little work to get the musty smell out of it.

We were 10 women staying and had plenty of room. Home was in a safe a beautiful neighborhood. It was spotless when we arrived and the beauty and history of the home was perfect. The beds were soooo comfortable and all the bathroom were perfect for a bunch of ladies! The pool was great for the very hot days but it could you some TLC. One set of stairs in the pool was broken and very sharp. Luckily no one was hurt. There were many missing pool tiles the pool was a little cloudy. The backyard was not well manicured but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. There were many stairs leading into the house and it was tough getting luggage up and down them. Don’t recommend it for anyone who struggles with stairs. We truly had a great experience and recommend this home. Loved the southern charm and history of the historic gem.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was AWESOME for all 11 of us. We had the best time and we were in walking distance to everything. The scenery is so beautiful and our stay was even a little spooky! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

There were 11 of us and we all really loved the house, plenty of room. It was too cold to go in the pool, but we loved sitting by the pool in the morning with our coffee. Loved the 2 parking spots and the elevator. Perfect location.

The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us girls. The spiraling staircase seemed dangerous and the elevator was a little annoying to operate. The house was certainly old and needed some updates but it was still a nice place to stay. We were able to walk to most of the places we went to on river street and city market.

10 ladies enjoyed a great birthday weekend in Savannah, staying at Seona House. Basement showers didn’t warm up, but there were plenty of other options. Remember to bring extra kitchen towels and oven mitts!

Aged but, mostly, cared for. The furniture and beds were comfortable and of a nice quality. The kitchen was large enough to socialize while preparing meals. Decent proximity to the cities' activities. Owner & Property Mgt seem to be the biggest issue. Minor issues: Arrived to the home at 68 degrees when the check-in instructions indicated that Property Mgt would be setting it to 70, the lowest value permitted, before arrival as there was risk of coil freeze at less than 70. Pool was not cleaned before arrival (schedule had it cleaned and pool guy showed up during the weekend). Pool was 'heated' but only to a lukewarm temperature. Inside railing was loose and wobbly for an entire flight of steps. Outside railing was damaged with the top end piece set at the base. 1 bed was completely missing from the property. Replaced with a pull out couch. There was clearly over a week's worth of overflowing trash at the garbage bins and attracting insects. Many of the window shutters were damaged or missing control rods. The outside garden's door would not fit in the door frame and close, leaving open access to the outside. Major issue: The downstairs 'master' bathroom toilet's plumbing is hooked into an old washing machine drain. By the third morning, foul backflow was coming out of the improperly sealed washing drain pipe.
