The house was very well maintained and had great space for our group of 10 adults. Everything downtown is walkable from the location in about 15-20 minutes which allowed us to avoid car rentals and enjoy what Savannah has to offer. The house was clean, spacious, and had Sonos speakers around for us to pair up to on nights in.

Historic House

Great historic house in nice neighborhood. Mattresses were great and everyone slept well. Kitchen had every thing you could need, but we ate out every meal (part of being on vacation). Lots of room to spread out, but nice tv room and sitting parlor for gathering spots.

Girls’ Trip

Hi! My friends and I had a great time. The property was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The only recommendations I would make are a full length mirror on each floor, pump hand soaps in all bathrooms, a key per balcony door, and labels on light switches for fans and lights. These are clearly not deal breakers at all but a few thoughts that came up multiple times on our trip.

Beautiful place!

The property had so much charm, and was a perfect place for 10 to stay for a bachelorette party. We had no issues with arriving, checking in or leaving. Would definitely recommend this place, and happily book again!

Amazing trip

I was traveling with a group of 10 family members. This was an excellent location on Jones Street. Easy to get anywhere in Savannah. Did do a tour with Kelly tours and they gave us the tour and the next day we could use the bus to get around town. The pick up stop was just a couple of blocks from this home. Beautiful home and location!!

We loved our stay at this property. It was decorated with charm everywhere you looked! Stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and gorgeous patio & garden. It was a perfect location and we walked to the historic district and the river every day!

410 Jones Street 1883 Historic Home

Overall recommend this home but needs some cosmetic improvements. Great and safe location and a really fantastic value for the house. Lucky Savannah is excellent at communicating and assistance. Upstairs shower could use a redo. In fact, this could be a stunning rental with the right furniture and bedding updates (some were a tad shabby). But I’m the picky one and the other ladies in the group loved the house. Thanks for sharing your interesting home.

Fantastic place!

The J.J. Dale house is a gem! We were five couples, and the house worked out really well for us. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were on the top floor. A half bath is on the second floor (with the living room, kitchen, etc), and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath are on the ground floor. (No bathrooms are ensuite). Also on the ground floor was another living area and a mini kitchen, but we didn't use these. We all hung out on the second floor. There's a nice garden/backyard area, and there are balconies with seating on both the second and third floors. And the location was great! We walked everywhere - it was less than a mile to the riverfront. We would definitely stay here again!!

Better Than The Pictures!

We were in awe when we pulled up to the house. This house is located on the most beautiful, picturesque street. We were even more impressed when we entered the front door. This house is grand and has a perfect mix of historic charm and modern comfort. It was in the 80’s during our stay and it felt so refreshing to enter the house with AC. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools and utensils. The management company was able to accommodate my request for a few feather free pillows which was much appreciated! We absolutely loved this house and would stay again!

Stayed here for a girls trip and this house was amazing stunning! Everything was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect historical savannah stay. Loved the little courtyard and balconies. Can’t recommend enough!!
