This townhouse met all our needs for a long weekend getaway. The location is great with a beautiful square across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for quick potty breaks. Historic Savannah is a very walkable area and we took full advantage of the property’s proximity to Forsyth park as well as the Riverfront. The only concern would be the steep staircase as both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. Though not a problem for us or our dog, it would be something to consider if you or your dog has joint issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was comfortable and the kitchen was fully supplied. I might suggest the replacement of some of the older pans, but otherwise it was an overall pleasant stay. I would recomend it to anyone looking for a close location to the historic sites all within walking distances.

Fantastic location and charming home. What we didn't realize is just how steep the wooden staircase is. It was so steep my dog wouldn't go down the stairs by herself ;) And getting luggage up and down was a bit tricky. Understandable in an older home but something to be aware of. Having dual primaries was perfect for our group. Loved having the square across the street.

This was a perfect spot to explorer Savannah for my wife and I. It was close the city historical sites and the river walk area. The designated parking spot was a major comfort even though there appeared to be plenty of parking it was nice to know that you didn't need to use street parking. The house was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Great spot in Savannah.

Excellent location in the historic district, could easily walk to sight see, shop and get a bite to eat. Spacious rooms and good kitchen set up. There were some cosmetic issues that could use addressing (flickering lights in bedroom, outlets not covered, entertainment cabinet stuck open) and a noticeable musty smell on the main floor. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the location and the place was cute. The Internet was not working while we were there, which was just a headache. Comcast was at the place for 2 hours resolving the issue and to have to be tied to the place with a half day window of when they are coming before that. It was just not ideal.

Exactly As Advertised

Property was exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable beds, great communication from the host, and the outside patio was perfect for morning coffee, evening beverage, and for our daughters dog to stretch his legs. Property was a 15 min walk to the riverfront and 10 min to Soho, where we were attending an event (worked well for us as we are outdoor folks and enjoy the walks). Kitchen was fully outfitted if you are staying longer and plan on cooking meals. 2 parking spots behind unit were tight, but much better than having to park 2 vehicles on the street.

Old pink house was great, Repeal 33 had the best food and cocktails we've had in a long time! Ghost tour, trolley hop on and off was nice. Tybee Island was amazing! Thank you Savannah

Townhouse was in a quiet area within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and bars. Ubers were not too expensive if needed. Cute place and loved that it came with a parking spot!

Perfect place for exploring all of Savannah!

The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk everywhere in the historic district and beyond. Convenient parking and easy to get out of town to explore the beaches and surrounding areas. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our pup. The kitchen was more well supplied than any other VRBO or Air B&B we’ve visited. Check in was easy and host was easy to communicate with. We would love to return to stay again.
