Great location with in walking distance to great places! River walk is 7 minutes away with car.We enjoyed our stay quite neighborhood house was spacious enough we had kids as well they loved it!

We had such a wonderful time in Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was exactly as described! Clean, updated and spacious. The location could not have been more perfect either. We were walkable to all of the historic sites and wonderful shopping and restaurants and a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, which we enjoyed walking every morning. The management staff was very communicative and responsive to our questions as well. We would definitely return and stay there again!!!

Family Trip to Savannah

My wife and I brought our adult children on vacation with us for the week. Our daughter and son-in-law have a 1.5yr old and 3yr old. Our son brought his girl friend.We had plenty of space across this property using all 3 floors.The location allowed us to walk to many attractions and dinner downtown. After being there, we could have been a little closer to the river, but the proximity of the park was a huge plus.The property manager checked in on us from pre-arrival to post-departure and answered any/all questions during our visit.We had a wonderful week and would recommend the unit for others.Btw, we actually had 3 cars and they fit in the back parking with no issues.

Perfect for annual “girls trip”

My friends and I have been coming to Savannah for an annual weekend away for over 30 years. This location was perfect! Three blocks to Forsyth Park, three blocks from the grocery store, and less than a mile beautiful walk to the river area. Plenty of space, charming, well maintained. No complaints!

Gaston House was great for our family

The house was perfect for our family stay in Savannah. The Lucky Savannah Rentals team was great to work with and were extremely responsive during our stay. We will definitely come back again to this lovely home.

Great for a family gathering!

Great location, nice large house, nice amenities, (pillows, shower heads, shower drains underwhelming). Walkabilaty excellent, wonderful restaurants and parks. Suggest double beds instead of twins.

Unabl to Access Home/ Poor Customer Service

We arrived with excitement, but we left with disappointment! The property management team failed to have the home accessible upon arrival. The door to the bottom unit was locked. We contacted customer service immediately because we could not access 1/2 of the house. Their team did not come by to open the doors until the following day. Unacceptable. Some of our party were disabled. We needed access to the lower units for them. We requested some type of correction in cost from Lucky Savannah, but the team would not return our calls and did not folliw up with us at all. *Our dream trip was turned into a poor experience because of Terrible Customer Relations.

Great house

This house was great. We were in Savannah for a bachelorette party and the house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We were 9 women and we never ran out of hot water in the showers. Location is great, we were able to walk almost everywhere. The rental company Lucky Savannah hosts this property and they were amazing to deal with. Anytime I sent a message asking about something I got a response right away. Highly recommend this property.

Great property and location

My family, age 78 to 6 years of age, thoroughly enjoyed staying at Gaston Estate over Christmas week. It is close to Forsyth Park and the Savannah historic district—great location! Parking is included which is an important amenity in Savannah. The website says space for 2 cars, but if your cars are regular size, 3 can fit. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family gathering of 8. This is our 2nd time staying there and we will definitely come back!

Issues with 6 adults

The property was on a great location, easily walkable to everywhere. However, if marketed for 6 adults, there should be comfortable inside seating for 6 (or more) adults. If not for the porch, and the extra camp chairs, we would not have been able to sit and visit as a family. Nowhere to have a meal, and no place to even set a cup of coffee. Finally, while the maintenance person was lovely, drain and toilet clogged and it took 2 days to get it fixed. Did I mention 6 adults? And 1 of 2 toilets down? Not good.

Good Location, but needs improvement!

Overall, the house "looked" clean, but there were dead roaches in several areas of the house. The backyard is nice, but the chairs had no cushions and there were leaves everywhere. So basically, an advertised space that's not usable. There was also a nail sticking out of the wood floor in one of the upstairs bedrooms that my daughter cut herself on, so be careful and walk around w/shoes on-definitely a safety hazard. Walking distance to Forsyth Park and having a designated area to park was a plus.

Nice For an Old House

The location was great. Super convenient to all the downtown hot spots and Forsyth Park. I’m not a fan of old homes, but we were a family of 8 and we really wanted to stay together. The internet and cable television did not work for two days and circuit breaker tripped 3 times during our stay. All in all it was a good stay.

Quick week end stay with family. House is located a few blocks from Forsyth Park with 5 large bedrooms. 2 bedrooms had twin beds. Ample space to hang out and relax in evening and outdoor seating (it rained so we didn’t). Kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of linens and towels. The 2 parking spaces in back was awesome. 2 sets of stairs, could be challenging as well as stairs to main house. We used downstairs entrance. This is an idle place to stay with a group and explore/enjoy Savannah

Beautiful home, Quiet location

This historic home has been beautifully updated without compromising its historic nature. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Forsyth Park with two off street parking places, which is unusual.

Great house!

Great location! Very clean! Very updated! We loved this house! it was easy to walk all over the city-wonderful location on a beautiful street. Plenty of space to hang out and cook if you so desire. Bedrooms are on the lower level (basement) and upstairs. Loved this house!
