You will have everything you need here. We called a few times to ask about parking and they were very helpful. The parking spot on the property is small but there is more parking across the street that is public.

Great Place - Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect getaway for post Christmas - Location next to Jones street was awesome - Beautiful. The place was modern and very cozy for 6 adults. Will come back to this location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location to immerse yourself in historic Savannah. Many things are in walking distance including amazing restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we found most everything we needed in the home. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. There is a grocery store close by as well. It is a historic home, so there are some issues with doors not closing properly. Also take note that upstairs there is really just two bedrooms; if you divide them up the second king bedroom has no closet and no exit to the hallway other than the bathroom. It worked out ok for my family, but may not be ideal for others.

Great rental

Location was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots and pans and a great coffee maker!

Perfect Spot in Savannah

The property was perfect for our family stay! It was a mile from our the main downtown area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The property well beautifully renovated and clean. We felt very safe in the area too!

Very clean and modern decor. Walkable to many squares and restaurants. Love the historic building. Our only issue was the constant loud construction noise on two homes next to us. The machinery, hammering and yelling went until 6:30 pm every day. They also took up a lot of street parking. Not the fault of the rental, but not relaxing.

Clean, roomy, and well stocked kitchen

We all really enjoyed this house. Very clean, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere from the house and the house was not in a noisy area. Would stay here again.

Charming, cozy and clean!

We loved our stay at Southern Charm! The pictures don’t do this space justice. So charming and comfortable, with nice touches like a sound machine and charging station at your bedside. Excellent location in this great walking city, we were able to park our rental car and walk everywhere. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Nice, charming home. Adequate space and well equipped. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Property rental management was the best and easiest I’ve ever used.
