All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

This beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located deep in the historic district at Whitfield Square on Habersham Street and is perfect for large groups looking for a great vacation rental within walking distance to many historical landmarks and restaurants in Savannah. Surrounded by majestic live oaks dripping with moss, this home features a great wrap around porch perfect for late evening cocktails, morning coffee, just hanging out and reading the Sunday paper, or watching one of the weddings happening in Whitfield Square. Whitfield Square is also a great place to lay out and catch some rays, or enjoy a picnic with the family on a lazy afternoon.

As you enter the home, on the right you`ll see a large living from with seating for 12, a 60 inch flatscreen TV, beautiful chandelier, and intricate details & accents throughout the room include decorative fireplaces and drapes across the many floor-to-ceiling windows this home has to boast of, all offering a cornucopia of natural light. A half bath is just off the hall for freshening up.

The bedroom on this level also offers plenty of natural lighting as well as access to the wrap around porch. A comfy Queen sized bed awaits the wearied traveller`s slumber, and the room is equipped with a flat screen TV, dresser, and decorative fireplace.

The gourmet kitchen just outside the bedroom features stainless steel appliances and comes with everything you need to cook a great meal while in Savannah including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, four-burner range, coffee maker, blender, and chef`s island with 2 bar stools.

Just across from the kitchen is the room the makes this home every entertainer`s dream - the game room. The game room features a large pool table, 2 bar tables with chairs, a decorative fireplace, and a flat screen TV, making this home the perfect place for the guys to catch the game!

Upstairs, you`ll find the rest of the lovely bedrooms this home has to offer. The first bedroom can be used as a Master suite and has several large windows, a King sized bed, dresser, flatscreen TV, and a private, full bath with an intricately detailed sink and a clear, glass shower.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

Occupancy
City of Savannah Code of Ordinances, Division II, Part 8, Chapter 3 (Zoning), Article 8.0, Section 8.4.37(b) – Short-Term Vacation Rental Use Standards: Occupants shall not exceed four adults for dwelling units with no more than two bedrooms. For dwelling units with three or more bedrooms, the number shall not exceed two adults per bedroom.

Southern Belle Occupancy Policy: This home accommodates up to 12 adults, with the total number of guests not exceeding the home's maximum approved occupancy of 12 guests.
