Lots (maybe too many) of emails about check-in and check-out and rules and regulations prior to stay. Very clear on expectations. Not much in the way of extras with re: to linens, soap, kitchen items but certainly the basic essentials. Parking lot flooded while we were there, but staff was very responsive about getting someone to unplug the drains. Couch had a hole in the fabric. Beds were fine. Things were just sticky- remote, pantry door, fridge, etc. This place was ok but could use a serious deep cleaning.

My family had a great stay! We would definitely come back again! The house was clean and homey. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make small meals. The fridge worked like normal (I've been to houses where the fridge doesn't cool as much) and had a working ice maker! (Been to houses that don't have one). We are always grateful for a coffee maker. The A/C blew super cold air which we appreciated! There was also some beach equipment like beach chairs that we borrowed. There's a trash bin next to our parking spot where we threw away our trash. We travelled in two cars and we had two parking spots to use. We also travelled with two small dogs and there's a lawn of grass across the street that is open to use for pets as long as you pick after your pet (obviously!). It was short walk to the beach as advertised right at the 17th street entrance. The check-in and check-out instructions were short and sweet. The host checked-in on us a couple of times via text which was thoughtful! We did lose cell service inside the condo but used the free wifi to make calls. There's a working elevator! I absolutely love staying on the south side of the island and having all the shops and restaurants just 1 block over. I can't say enough good things about the condo and the location. Probably my only one teeny tiny thing is that the mattresses all seem to have a dip in the middle of them but we made due! We spent most of time outside of the condo anyway! Southern Belle is the best!

Location was convenient, property was ok.

Easy and convenient location. Beds in two rooms were awful, floors needed to be washed(our feet turned black just walking on the floors) & appliances needed attention. Our biggest disappointment was the pool hours, 10-5 and not mentioned in the listing. Having kids they would have liked to be swimming by 8am and while dinner was being made. So we only used the pool 3 times over our stay. We were also told an SUV wouldn’t fit in the parking area, we changed our rental to a van and then found others with large SUVs fit just fine.

Tybee Island stay

Overall, this is a nice property. Some minor issues could be addressed. Wire brush and paint metal stair railings. Door knob and deadbolt lock needs attention. Parking area could be cleaned up. Nothing that would keep me from returning though.

Family getaway

We had the best time. Went to Savannah, Hilton Head, and of course Tybee Island. The condo was in the perfect location just right around the corner from shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Family Getaway

1st stay on Tybee so nothing to compare to. Communication with staff was excellent. Condo was clean. Location was good. Needed some updating IMO. Could have provided more soap/shampoo. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Did run out of paper towels and for amount we paid I felt like more should have been provided. These are minor complaints. All in all it worked well for us.

Great location! Perfect for our family beach stay!

This was a great rental at Tybee. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. More than enough space! Washer and dryer was a plus! Came with all necessary kitchen utensils. There was quick and clear communication from the rental company regarding an AC issue that was fixed prior to check-in. The property was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. I took one star off because there were some minor issues, the bathroom fixtures (toilet paper holder, hand towel holder) were broken or missing. And the front door lock plate was loose and a screw had blocked the door from opening resulting us having to get in through a window. Not a huge issue but the property could use a little maintenance . We would definitely stay here again!.

Tybee VRBO

6 adults stayed at the property and enjoyed the spacious condo. The kitchen was well equipped including a small oven that could do everything plus a regular stove. Dining/ living room easily accommodated us all comfortably. loved it!
